So they have chicken ready and still sitting in the waiting area for 20 minutes. Customers walk in and out without ordering due to service. The girl says I'm the only one in the front and oh well if customers leave and go to popeyes down the street. That's great customer service

Pulled up at the drive thru, waited.... waited....Talked to the box and waited. Gave it a good 3-4 minutes but nothing but silence. Pulled up to the window and saw a person inside. They ignored me. Figured they didn't feel like working so they took off early even though it was about 7pm. Classy establishment ?

So, I saw her frustration with all the customers and there was many. We enjoy purchasing from that location because the food is always on point. Her way with customers was uncalled for..

I wish there was a way to give half a star and the half would be for only the fact that the lights are on in the building. Worst service ever, the lady on the microphone was rude before I could even place my order, I also was told me that over half of the sides were not even available and it was only 5 o’clock in the evening, when I asked if they at least had spicy chicken, it was like I was asking for something that they didn’t serve, my order got to the window was not spoken to my money was taken. My food was handed to me and the window was closed. I like chicken but not enough to go back to this horrible establishment and this was my second time trying it since the first time I was very disappointed over a year ago, and have not been back , so obviously nothing has changed so this was absolutely the last time at this raggedy establishment….management needs to come in and clean house. I know that there are better people out there looking for work than to have this staff.

Went through drive thru and placed order. 3 cars ahead of me. Got to window to pay for 4 legs and 2 biscuits. Gave the girl $20. Got my change and drove home. They charged me $12. roughly for the order. I tried to call but got no answer. Rider should have been about $8. Made a report but no reply.Won't go there again. Biscuits were not even warm.

Menu speaker was broken… Had to wait in line for 10 minutes. Once I got to the window to place my order, they said they were out of chicken…. Even the chicken sandwiches…. Get
I’m an Uber eats driver and I drove 15 miles to pick up a big order from here. I arrived at 8:20 and the door was locked and had a sign saying they closed at 8:00. I tried to talk to the staff who was cleaning and they just kept saying “We’re Closed” and wouldn’t let me even speak. I told them I wasn’t ordering just picking up. The employee REFUSED to help me and his mom was there to pick him up and started cussing me out because “I was rude to her son.” No I wasn’t rude I was frustrated because no one would help and I lost a $30 order. My customer who I was delivering to also already paid for his order at 7:45 before they closed. I’ve never seen something as bad as this in my years of delivery service.

What a joke! I get that it's fast food, why charge me for an 8 piece dark and 3 piece tender combo when that's not what I ordered. Drove back up there to try to have them correct it but they swore it was right. So of course the food we did get was cold by the time we did all the running around. Won't be back.
