Fantastic meat market with all sorts of Cajun cuisine to go from various sausages, Boudin, etouffee, sauces and spices. They also serve some hot foods as well as cracklins which are my new favorite
Wow, they have the meats. First time for the chicken cracklins, great recommendation. I'm gonna stop on the way back to Texas to get some frozen ones. They aint cheap tho, little less than $20 a lb.

I love Don's. I travel through Louisiana quite a bit, and I always stop through Scott. I love their seafood balls, boudin balls, pork chops, chicken etc. They also have a great selection of freezer items and souvenirs which I like to take back home. Their service is always amazing too.
