Group of old friends met for lunch. The food was terrific! Everyone (8 of us) totally enjoyed our choices. Our waitress, Stephanie, was great! And then, dessert! Several to pass around. I will definitely go back and take my husband next time!

Where do I begin, been wanting to try this place for awhile. Only heard great things about it. We started off with the duck nachos which I was skeptical about. Totally worth every penny. The flavor is amazing. Will definitely be getting them again. Then I got Cajun pasta for dinner. Huge portions and great dish. We also got the lemon basil chicken. Omg. I wouldn’t be surprised if I found out they put drugs in it. Hands down the best chicken I’ve ever had. I can’t describe it in words. Everyone needs to try the chicken once in their life. Larry (the chef) definitely knows what he’s doing. Great service from our waitress heather. Great atmosphere. Will definitely be back soon. Highly recommend.

Great place with great food. I can't remember our waitress' name was but she was very good. She was sweet and checked on us periodically.

Excellent service. Located about the movie theater, I can see this being a perfect date night . Everyone was friendly fed well coming. We went as soon as they opened for the evening. I ordered the Monte cristo and it was pretty good. It was drizzled with honey -- yum. I am use to it being served with some sort of mixed berry jam now that would've set it off.My cousin had the wings + sweet tea & LOVED IT. The asparagus was a little small but the wings had a nice sweet heat kick. My other cousin had the mushroom burger wrapped in lettuce - she enjoyed that as well :)

Got here at 5:55pm, it’s currently 7:34pm and still NO FOOD. AWFUL. I don’t know what happened to this place, they used to be so so good. It was always my go to date night place. But the last like 8 or so times I’ve been here it’s been slow, and horrible. I hate it, but I’m not coming back :/ I wish they’d hire reliable staff. This is sad. Couldn’t recommend it less, which is a complete 180 from what I would’ve said a year ago.

Went to eat and see an 8:30 movie but because they were "slow" they closed the kitchen 45 minutes early. Very disappointed.

This bistro is located conveniently downtown on Texas St. Its on the second floor of a theater. Parking was not too bad. There is street parking and a parking lot around the corner I went for lunch with a friend and we had two appetizers. The Singer Shrimp was very tasty. We also had the shrimp remoulade and that was ok. The fried green tomatoes could have used a little bit more seasoning. The service was great. All staff was friendly and our server was really good! She was super attentive! We went around 1 pm so the lunch crowd had came and gone. We pretty much had the place to ourselves. The patio area is nice but it was too hot to sit outside. I will definitely be back. Especially for the happy hour!

Took my dad here on a cross-country trip and we loved it! The seafood pasta was amazing and the chicken Parmesan was greasy and crispy! Definitely recommend!

Abby Singers is a trendy bistro located above the Robinson Film center serving chef crafted food and upscale drinks. A second story patio overlooks Texas Street for a romantic or private experience. Great service, great food, eclectic location...nice!Update 3.16.2022 Even with the manpower shortage is going on across the country right now Tootie and her staff maintain the excellence you expect from this bistro! Once again we ate on the patio which was lovely, I had the always amazing shrimp and grits while my sweetheart had the Ahi Poke bowl which includes sushi quality tuna and a healthy serving of jumbo crab. You couldn't go wrong with either one. Special thanks to Taylor Green for taking such great care of us even though the restaurant was short staff. Still one of our top favorite places to dine in Shreveport Bossier!Update 2/22/23 Dinner and drinks on the veranda overlooking Texas St. As we've come to expect the service was excellent, the drinks were great and the food wonderful. We started with the cheese board, my wife's favorite! A delicious selection of prosciutto, salami, cheeses, and fruits. Definitely did not disappoint. Then for dinner we each had their Walnut spinach salad with vinaigrette and a cup of seafood gumbo. Lump crab, crab claws, and shrimp made it special. Yummy!Still one of our favs on a lovely evening!
