The food is GREAT, but my Initial first impression sucked. I usually visit the location in bossier but decided to visit this one today since it was closer. I wasn't greeted when I walked in and there were two ladies watching videos on their phones sitting behind the counter. When I was greeted it wasn't the feeling I get when I visit the location in bossier. My food was fresh but I won't be back to this location. You can truly tell this fans by different managers.
Service was terrific. Prices are a hair high but the quality is there. Got quiet a bit of meat to try and also had their boudain balls. Both were excellent.

It wasn't what I expected I expected more of a variety
I love going here and picking up a quick lunch. Today, i came and got pork shanks, pepper jack boudin ,and mini chicken bites.it all was great. The pepper jack boudin balls will change your life!

This is a review for the eating-in experience, I didn't fully realize this place specializes in take-home meats and soups until after I came in. Got a bit of most things, I thought the flavor on the smoked wings, pork shanks, and chicken balls were amazing, the rest were pretty good too. Happy with the service and atmosphere too.
