If you can get there when they're open - it's some of the best you can eat downtown. Good luck trying to get near it at lunch, but if you can, you won't be disappointed.

It's a cute little corner cafe inside of an imposing looking skyscraper downtown. The lady seemed friendly and all the prices range between $1 and $4.

I got the lunch special Shrimp Etoufee to go today. It was a 8oz cup and cost $10. When I reached my office and opened the cup it had atleast (without exaggeration) 5oz of rice and 3oz of etoufee and 3 shrimps in it. Very disappointed.
