Bad experience… Had a mobile order that took 30 minutes to receive and the lady in the drive thru had a terrible attitude.

My husband and I stopped here today and went through the drive thru to pick up our mobile order. We ordered two combo meals and it took well over 30 minutes for the order to be ready. Normally I wouldn’t complain as long as the food was fresh and correct since I spent 7 years working in the fast food industry myself; however, nearly the entire order was wrong. The burgers were not made right, they were literally smothered in the wrong sauces and toppings and we did not eat the meals. We contacted customer service to request a refund and were met with the solution of coupons. We do not live here nor do we live near a Burger King, so coupons are completely useless to us, but that was the ONLY solution we were provided with since apparently they cannot issue refunds. If you cannot issue refunds, can you at least teach your employees to read so that they don’t completely mess up the orders (because clearly whoever made our order did not read the receipt)? We won’t be back :)

At 7 p.m. 11-19-23 lobby doors was locked went to the drive through and they said no walk up’s at the window and I never had this problem before and I can’t even afford a vehicle very rude if there was another restaurant that I could go to I would definitely not go to Burger King

This burger king is in a not so great area but they have some AMAZING WORKERS. They made our food so fresh at 10 at night. The food was amazing! Also we weren’t under any sort of influence we just came home from a convert. All of the workers were extremely friendly and worked really hard. This was a great experience because a lot of places were closed even though they weren’t supposed to be. Great fresh food and super friendly service. 10/10

I usually only use drive-thru because I'm on duty and have to stop and get something really quick. That being said, customer service sucks in a drive-thru, they're not polite and they can't get my order right. And when you call to say something about it you get a fax machine.

I like the personal touch that they've added when you place your order. They now call your name once your food is ready. We used the bundle coupon 2 Whoppers, 2 drinks, and 2 fries for $12.99. It was freshly prepared as my son and I enjoyed dining in for lunch date.

The most rude service at drive thru window! Couldn't order some last minute fries after paying for my order...like REALLY? drive back through the line etc,hell nah, keep the fries I won't be back.
