The burger king on Hearn Ave. was great. The manager, Niesha, exhibited great customer service with professionalism and a smile. Plus my food was hot & fresh.

It's around 6:30am and I decided to get some breakfast from this location because I live nearby and Google Maps shows that this location is "Open". I pulled into the parking lot and the lights were on. And I saw a worker with an apron on in the restaurant. I went to the drive thru and I hear, "Good morning, welcome to Burger King ? may I take your order." So, I say, "Good morning" then say "my order." I sat for a few minutes and I didn't hear anything else. So, I went to the window and sat a few. The lady was rude as AF and looking at me crazy. Saying, "We ain't open." I said, "I'm sorry" I don't know. Google Maps has you open right now. Then I said, someone asked me what I wanted to order. She rudely said, "It was our intercom system that asked you." The way she said it, was again rude "AF." Then she said, "We open at 7:00am and we ain't even got the biscuits ready." As she was talking, I had to take a deep breath. Than she closed the window. In my mind I was like, Damn, you didn't have to act like that and I heard my outside voice say it to. It will be a cold day in h3ll before I go back there.

The service was hood the one lady in the front was trying to service everyone the other people was talking loud and the food was not made the way people was ordering it , food was taken long to get out . That’s sad when it’s taken long to get it and when you do it’s. Not right and then you have to wait some more, by that time your french fries are cold . Shacking my head!!!!

Please don't go here. I just came through the drive-thru they didn't give me a receipt took my 20 bucks gave me no change told me to go wait at the front and when I did they told me that they didn't even know what I was waiting for and told me to leave... With very much hostility..
