This is a prime example why these corporations need to pay there employees more. I paid 25.00 plus for an order I placed on the app. My daughter had to walk back in there because her food was missing. When she arrived home My food was cold as if it was prepared 3 hrs in advance. My sandwich which was supposedly a flamed broiled Whopper had no flame sighted anywhere. My onion rings were cold and no zesty sauce that was requested. I asked for extra mayo but let's just say they know how to rational on ketchup and napkins. Burger King help those people be better. I believe if they made more than a customer spend they would pride preparing the food more. For greater context this was Sunday, March 17, 2024 around 2030 (8:30pm)

The lunch shift crew is trash. They gave me a whopper that felt like it had been in the fridge for at least an hour. I came an hour after breakfast ended so I'm not understanding why I have a chilled burger and cold chicken nuggets.

The manager, Ms. Gray was running the register. When I placed my order for the whopper Jr duo, she didn't even ask which whoppers I wanted, so I got 2 plain whopper Jr's instead of the 2 bacon and cheese whopper jrs I wanted. It's hard to believe they give manager positions to people who make such beginner

The customer service sucks here. Pulled up to drive through and literally waited three minutes before anybody acknowledged me and that was only after I asked if anybody was there. One person was in drive thru ahead of me and only one other car in the parking lot so it’s not like they were that busy. Took almost 10 minutes to get an order I placed online. Meanwhile I’m sitting here watching the girl at the drive thru glued to her cell phone instead of helping speed anything up for the two customers they had. That’s probably why they have no business while the McDonald’s next door has 6 cars being helped in their TWO drive thru lanes
