They hit the jackpot when they hired lolly. This was my first time here today, my daughter graduated from LSU and cc was her favorite place to go to for coffee. We live in Tyler and she had me go to Jacksonville to get her one of these Iced coffees today. I normally try her coffee because she always makes me… And I always think it's gross. This was absolutely delicious! Way to go super one for putting cc in your store. I hope some of the Tyler stores!Five stars for service, I even called back and asked her a question about the coffee. As a business owner, I know how hard it is to find great help. This girl is amazing! She totally takes pride and ownership in her job.And five stars for taste!

The scones were not the greatest tasting item. They were out of a lot of items that goes with the coffee items. The coffee was bitter tasting, tasted like it was watered down. Coffee had a lot of grinds in it as well. Ended up throwing the rest out. Definitely ain't going to recommend this place to no one. Bought a small coffee and a scone and ended up paying over 13$ for both.

One of my absolute favorite places to get coffee. Nice friendly staff, service is always prompt. My drinks are very consistent regardless of who makes it. There is plenty of parking and the drive through is pretty quick even if there is a line. They have a clean seating area and clean bathrooms as well. I frequent cc's coffee regularly.

I had a weird situation with my debt card (it was embarrassing) and it happened in the drive thru at that... I walked in and they were so nice... Helpful and with the cash I had on me was able to do the transaction and they really made my day without ever making me feel horrible for the mix up. Also... ******Incredible rum bun muffins******

I just left and the young ladies were so helpful for my first visit. I did not know what I wanted, they asked me how I like my coffee and fixed me up with my new favorite coffee (hot turtle) I hope they see this review. The 3 young ladies were so welcoming and helpful! On my busy Saturday morning!

I want to start by saying I love the coffee here. This revriew is more for the manager that was working on the morning 10/31/23. Me and my wife get coffee from this place at least five days a week. Had a coupon code sent from CC's for a free coffee for coming steady for a year. When I showed it to the woman in the drive threw I was told she didn't know how to do it, and proceeded to try and charge my card the full amount without trying to find out how to do it. I asked if there was a manager that could do it and she replied that she would ask. The manager never came to talk to me or really did anything to solve the problem, I was met with a "oh well" attitude and the response from with woman working the drive threw was "we can't see it so we can't do it." Really??? I showed them the message on my phone, and have been a general manager at alot of restaurants, I don't believe for a second at very least she couldn't give a discount. I will still come to CC's because I love there product, but maybe better training of there managing staff is needed. It was a huge disappointment because the coupon was only good to use one time so when I clicked out of it, it is now invalid.

Great coffee shop. This is more like chain shops we get in Australia. I was hoping this might mean I got a coffee more like back home. But not really. I’m not sure I understand why you can’t get a decent proper cappuccino in the US. Coffee always seems to taste like flavoured water than a good coffee. And if I order a grande, I expect it to be near full, not like the tides gone out

Terrible service. Waited and watched several folks come in and order after us and get their drinks. When we asked they your next. Then they realized ours was sitting on the counter and apparently for awhile. When I got it mine was luke warm. I took it back and they said they'd make another. I said I didn't have time now. We had appointment to be at. We ate from out of town and a free coffee next time won't help. I got a hope you have a nice day. No refund.

I’ve gotten cold food here . Come to find out the sandwiches are no different than jimmy dean out of the grocery store microwave mess.. I ordered my food for one price and get to the window with another price to be informed that their prices increased lol and they don’t tell you your total until you get to the window .
