Today on 03/09/24. When we pulled up to the driveway to order the food. The lady said give us 5 mins and we’ll be ready. They were supposed to be open at 10am. We got to checkers at 10:15am. Waited 15 mins after being asked to wait for 5 mins. Ordered the food after paying for the food we were told to go park n wait for our food. 15 mins later a lady comes out and says mame we just dropped your meat we cooking it now. There was no good customer service. No one said sorry for the wait and no one tried to accommodate us. So after the lady said we just started cooking your food after a 15 minute wait. We asked for a refund. They told us to pull up to the window to talk to talk to the manager for a refund. All the manager did was open the window and say no problem and passed us the receipt to sign. And didn’t say anything else just closed the window back. We didn’t get an apology or anything. Very poor service all the way around. This is the checkers on jewella st, Shreveport, la 71108.

So I just received my order from doordash and when I started feeding my kids and everything my burger and my two large fries were not in the bag. My doordasher had told me to call the store. Whoever the young lady was that had answered the phone. She was very rude. She was talking over me when I was trying to explain to her the problem was. She didn't apologize to me or anything like that. She just hung the phone up in my face. That wasn't very professional of her to do. For her to be the manager of that type of restaurant isn't good. Me being a MIT I personally won't had talked to any customers like that over the phone. You should and treat the customers with respect. That's all that matters.

HOLY MOLY! I've only had their fries from Walmart & trust me when I say that you have to go to the actual Checkers and try their food bc I was very surprised and pleased! I ALWAYS get the loaded fries which are amazing; I just had some haha & I highly recommend the funnel cake fries... so fluffy and covered with powder sugar. Then of course there's the location itself which it's so freaking cute like you stepped back in time not to mention the last time I went, the lady was very nice polite and patient! Great place ?
