I was very disappointed.It was not what I expected at all The food is not warm.Tasted like it had been sitting there all day.Very disappointed.Vegetarian options: Two of our drink selections were empty so we couldn't get what we wanted to driving room is dirty. I had always wanted to try a Chipotle. I wanted my husband even like I get.

Today was the first time I ever ordered and ate.I am very satisfied with the Bowl with Steak and my Gaucamole and Chips was Delicious.Next time I am going to try the Barbaco Bowl.

4pm & there are almost ALL tables covered in trash and food. Most were having to either get it togo or cleaning off a table for themselves. There were 2 times within the 25 minute wait, where the team working up front would just stop helping the counter and move to the online portion, which was not busy at all… lots of staff just walking around. Food was terrible & staff’s attitude was as bad as the food..

While the food was pretty good, the staff was slow, indifferent, and obviously unhappy about having to work. The dining area was filthy -- cluttered with spilled food and trash. Several of the ingredients weren't available or had been in the warmer for a long time. Overall, it was an unwelcoming and dismal experience.

Why they had the signs up on door & counters that the machines were not working to prepare chips, it was working. Take the signs down, please! I can't wait to return to try something different. I will be referring my family & friends

Ordered my food online, walked in to pick it up and nothing had been done. As I’m waiting one of the girls behind the counter killed a roach and then just turned around with the same gloves on and started making food. I canceled my order and walked out. Worst location chipotle has

I have never left a review before, but now I have to. I ordered online from this location yesterday after coming home for Easter break and couldn't believe what I saw/ate. I worked at the chipotle in bossier a couple years ago and my manager would have NEVER let us get away with the level of mess I saw. Every table had leftover food on it, the floors looked like they hadn't been swept all day and hence had food, trash, and drink stains covering it. Nothing had been refilled (napkins, drinks, utensil). The bins were overflowing with loads of trays stacked on top, but the worst part was the look of the line. I was taught to ALWAYS keep a clean line and this was filthy with food covering it, and they had dirty dishes stacked in the prep area. The food was also cold (not room temp but cold) and made 2 people in my family sick later last night. I wouldn't be surprised if the water baths for the food were below the needed temp leading to these issues (cold food followed by GI issues). 0/10 recommend this location. I hate to say this being a past chipotle team member, but if you can't go to another location, go to Moes. I encourage the owner/ upper management to look deeper into what's going on. I usually love chipotle and go a lot when I'm back at LSU, but something weird is going on at this location.

Extremely terrible service once again. I don't usually leave reviews but this experience today SUCKED. No greeting or friendly service whatsoever. It really appears that everyone working in there hates their job. Not to mention I watched 3 burritos made which all had such large amounts of everything she couldn't even roll them into a burrito without it falling apart. Should've went to Moe's.

great chipotle. first time here in the area. workers were very patient and kind with a customer who didn't speak english as their first language. they never got frustrated. it got really busy and i feel that they were understaffed which isn't their fault and i feel for them. i hope they get help soon. thanks again! edit, place fan order for 4:30 so i could grab it after work. and ive been standing here waiting for 20 minutes. i made sure to place it early too. really annoying.

The WORST chipotle!! They are always out of everything and VERY RUDE ! Bet they won’t get my money ever again! Then, they had the audacity to ask for a tip! PLEASEEEEEE!

Customer service needs to improve tremendously. Food needs to be available when they know their busy time. The employees look very unhappy working at Chipotle. What happened to good customer service.
