The shrimp basket was horrible the shrimp was little and cold the fries was cold and they forgot my biscuits and the guy came to the window did not greet just ask for the money and said nothing else, never again that’s is why have not been in about 4 years and this time never again.

I went in and got eight pieces of chicken and two sides supposed to get one side and buy two extra and some hard biscuits I got home after 37 I don't have the coleslaw they don't answer the phone and it's raining so no I'm not happy and neither is my aunt so make up for people cuz I didn't want to go
This is the third time I've been to that location. The last two times we've ordered fried okra and it was freed so hard that you couldn't even eat it it was like eating potato chips it would just crumble in your fingers I know it's not that hard to fry okra because I'm done it before by myself so why does it seem like y'all's restaurant can't get an order and can't fry stuff without burning it
Decent pricing but they changed their wings. This location doesn't take coupons nor participate in survey discounts.Guess they've got to pay for the remodel.

Worst experience ever. Would not recommend, we waited an hour for our food to come. They forgot about us , and I even went in and reminded them and they still gave everyone their food but us. Pls save your coins! & rehire a whole new team.

Close your doors forever!!! We waited 45 minutes for refried old chicken. The fries were even refried. I spent $44.68 to learn the valuable lesson of why I don't eat fast food. If the company was worried about going out of business, it just sealed its fate. The food tasted like it was pulled from the refrigerator and dumped in hot grease. There were even cold spots on the chicken. I will NEVER, EVER eat at another Church's Chicken as long as I live. I should have known something was up because the outside looked abandoned with no sign and trash all over the parking lot. What a joke!
