Our family had a blast. The workers were so nice from when we got there to TJ(I think was his name) that took used plates away. Have not been to a cicis in a while. They are usually loud and messy.. But this was the opposite. Very clean, friendly staff and fresh pizzas on the bar. It was a smaller restaurant and a smaller pizza bar but good selection either way!

I wouldn't come back to this Cicis. The what I think was the manager was talking really loudly across the restaurant the whole time we were here to one of the employees. Just complaining about how he did his job, about how she was short, her back hurting, how old she was etc. I believe his name was Michael. He seemed embarrassed but was also going back and forth with her. Pasta was cold and when I brought this to her attention instead of offering to put out new one she just talked about how the heating system for the pasta wasn't working. We were here for about an hr and a half with our 3 kids and the whole time they were just going on and on and on with the talking across the restaurant.

Honey I should check the reviews before heading over. I thought I'd be safe since I was ordering online for pickup and not the buffet. I arrived at 12:17p for pickup as the online notice said. Stood behind a couple dining in. Got to the counter and gave my name. Young lady says she hasn't gotten to me. Me: Excuse what does that mean?Her: I haven't got your order. Me: Like, it hasn't been started or it's not ready?Her: Hasn't been started.Me: are you the only one working?Her: no, it's just we've been busyMe: okay, But you could have called me my number is on the order. Her: Blank stare me: may I have your manager?He comes around and offers a refund for an order they have not started saying that's the most he can do. Me: you could comp the order is the most. The food was constantly coming out on the buffet and it was good. Workers were friendly for the most part. The worst part about the whole experience was the other customers being loud and yelling profanities in front of my kids. Overall, worth the trip if you are craving cicis.Kid-friendliness: The place is definitely kid friendly. There were kids everywhere.
Ice machine was out. Not a good selection of pizza. Mostly cheese and pepperoni etc. No combo pizza.
