Cannot believe the service I received tonight just left speechless thought I've seen it all til I seen a employee rinse my chicken wings off in a hand washing sink and putting back in oven will be going in am to speak with next manager wow worse experience

The food is very good and most of the time the service is prompt. The little time I spend at the restaurant appear to demonstrate a friendly and clean atmosphere because I get my food to go.Parking: Parking is very abundant near the restaurant entrance.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair ramp is very close to the entrance.

They were very busy but they continuously had pizzas coming out, even when someone ordered a specific pizza, they still got it out in a timely manner.. every couple minutes, every pizza would be completely gone, but it never lasted more than 3 minutes before it was completely stocked back up! They did a great job. However, pasta noodles were empty for quite some time and when asking about it, one lady was completely clueless and had an attitude to go with it and the (I'm assuming) manager came and said that they were trying to get more out! Overall, I was VERY pleased with our visit ?

You can request they make a pizza for free ,love this place they have a small arcade room for kids and their desert pizza and peach tea is the best . They also have a salad bar !

We went to first two times the pizza was great but this last time we went they didn't do a good job I know there is an older Mexican man that makes the best pizzas in the world maybe an exaggeration but he makes a damn good pizza but they have this other woman that cooks and she don't make them right but overall this is the best one in Shreveport and bossierKid-friendliness: It's kid friendly but if there's an overcrowd kids might get pushed around
I complained about the price, but it turned out to be well worth it. While eating delicious pizza, customers could watch tv and get some laughs. A customer could request a certain type of pizza and they would fix a personal pan pizza of that kind. There is a game room available also. Parking was plenty as well.

New management, friendly employees, fresh hot pizza at all times on the buffet. Salad bar fresh and full. Very clean now and very friendly atmosphere. We will be back to eat here again. This was at the Youree Dr. Location. Thank you for a nice place to eat out again.

it's pretty nasty when you're sitting there eating pizza and you look over and you see an employee's hair dragging across the pizza they shouldn't be able to have their hair that long they should have to have their hair up and a hair net they do work around food was not happy store was dirty female was rude I let her know her hair was dragging in the pizza and she said her hair was below the counter The pizza was half cooked still had raw dough and management wasn't all that well for letting the employees have their hair have their store looking like it did

Terrible place to go. Buy a frozen pizza and save yourself the ineptitude of the workers. Today 01/06/24, there was a medical emergency with a customer, they seemed wholly unconcerned, except to make light of the situation. Never have I seen such egregious behavior. I could go on and on, but I will never darken their doorstep again.
