Everytime I order extra sauce I get pizza with BARELY any if any at all. Might as well just call it bread sticks. Not just this location 886 Bert Kouns and 5604 Hearne Ave too. Don’t waste your money here, freezer pizza is better.

Don't stop here if you want a hot pizza. They blame the poor service on being short-handed, but there were four employees in the building with only two working and two waiting on their delivery pizzas to get done. Don't bother using curbside delivery because they will not bring it out until a delivery driver has their deliveries ready to go. It's just not worth the time and trouble for a mediocre pizza anymore. I'm going to Johnny's pizza from now on.

This Domino's had been doing fairly well recently with delivery and ok via pickup. Tonight we placed a delivery order, tracker showed it was on the way but it didn't go to our neighborhood then showed completed. I called the store and they said it was on the way which it did deliver around 30 minutes later (about an hour after the original estimate) stone cold after we had made alternate dinner plans. Probably won't order from them again.

They really need less than 1...workers are rude and unprofessional, food and presentation is horrible, wait time is ridiculous, and they say they don't have change just so they can keep the money. Sad. Whoever is managing this location should definitely be replaced as well as the workers.
Took our order then canceled it because they decided to close early really trashy worker slammed the window after telling us they were closing a hour early couldn’t pay me to eat at a dominos ever again

This was the WORST experience I've ever had ordering food. I ordered 2 hours ago & if I could give the management and staff a 0 stars I would. Lied multiple times on the phone about the ETA of food and did not care. Absolutely horrible. Everyone needs to be let go. I legit don't even think I will receive the pizza I ordered.

Last night I ordered a pizza at this location (Youree Drive) for delivery. Me and my son waited out front our place and saw the delivery car pass by without stopping, only to find out a minute later in the tracking order that our pizza appeared as "delivered". I called the store and a girl informed me that the driver had just gotten back to the store and still had the pizza with him because he couldn't find the address, a total lie! Also she told me that the driver wouldn't make another attempt at delivery, as I try to find a solution, the girl at the phone very rudely just hung up on me. I called again, and a different person told me they couldn't do anything about it, while in the background someone (who I assumed to be the delivery driver) cursing yelling that he would no go out again with my pizza. After that total silence for several minutes until I hanged up. I made two or three more attempts at calling and they never picked up the phone again. I don't have a car so I couldn't drive personally to the store. These employees at this location are very ill-mannered and unprofessional. Domino's needs to address this issue least they lose a lot of business here. We're utterly disappointed with this experience. Also they kept the money and the $4.25 tip I had already prepaid the driver. These people are lazy and incompetent, they should be ashamed of themselves. Hope this feedback has a positive impact upon the improving of Domino's business practices.

The service has gotten sooooo bad.They used to be pretty good when it first open here. I've spent MONEY here. There are nothing but kids working in there now. Every order late recently that's if they're busy or not !,sat in the line 40 minutes waiting on bread sticks that they said were done before I even came. The managers and employees are teens ....HIRE SOME OLDER PEOPLE INSIDE. The people who should be behind the counter are out delivering. While the lazy kids play around with ya food. NEVER again. ?? If I ever want em again I'll drive to a different location.
