Without a doubt the worst place in Shreveport to try to order delivery from. Manager is a complete jerk. There is nobody competent enough to work an adult job. Skeptical that any of the employees graduated high school.

Ordered pizza tonight just to get dried everything...you can tell the dough was already handtossed and sat on the racks for a while my bread was so dried out couldn't even tell if it had sauce on it my cheesy bread dough wasnt even fresh it was just the medium pizza dough already tossed out/sat on the rack just folded over with spinach and cheese they couldve at lease made it look presentable. I'm never one to leave a review...

I just ordered a thin crust & some cinnamon twists … they had to make me some more cinnamon twists because the first batch were to small … when they finally delivered the order it looks like the driver lol or someone ate some of my pizza … I called back just for them to say I can’t get a refund unless the food is not eaten …… the first two pictures are how they was delivered to me, I tried to fix it up just to see and yeah idk … and the cinnamon twists as you can see there’s some small ones and there’s some nice size ones …. Make it make sense

Ordered a pizza and some cheesy bread. Got a call from Ahmed which wanted me to come to his car and get the pizza. I am staying at a hotel and am currently traveling the country for work. Have never had a driver tell me to come get my pizza. Then I called the store and the guy on the phone was rude as hell. Hung up on me because he doesn’t know how to deal with controversy! Also my pizza showed up like this.

Ordered a pizza at 12 supposed to take 20 minutes I was following the tracker because it was delivering said it was delivered called the store. This is at like 1240. She said it’s still sitting at the store that tracking is messed up so I’m not sure who I was tracking or why my ticket got scanned to go for delivery if it really wasn’t in the car Call back at one it was no longer at the store. The driver had picked it up. It is 146. I’m still waiting for it. I’m hungry. Don’t have time for the hassle of cold pizza being delivered or waiting for the money to go back on my card when I simply cannot order something else right away. Pizza arrived everything was cold(very room tempt) at 153

This was the worst food I have ever had delivered. The delivery driver called my phone from the parking lot and said come get your pizza and then didn't even stop or get out of the vehicle. On top of that the pizza was cold and the wings were awful this location should be closed down. When you call customer service they say contact your store directly only for them to hang up on you or have you holding up to 30 minutes for the manager that never comes up answer the call. Close this location down immediately please

Horrible food! Wings were naked asked for buffalo hot. It was the driest pizza I have ever had in my life/ definitely won’t ever go back. A complete waste of $38

UPDATE to my update: my opinion has not improved. Not a single employer has reached out. Yeah again, Johnnys is better.Update: From the sound of the other comments on here. This person I spoke with must just be an employee. I don’t feel a manager would have behaved this way. Apparently I’m not the only person to have spoken with this domino’s employee. Why is there no one managing these employees?My family has been using this dominos since they built the previous location where Little Caesar’s is now located. That’s probably about 20+ years. We’ve never had a problem until the location moved down the street next to Popeye’s. The “manager” at this location needs training/coaching on how to handle customer concerns. I suggest an on duty supervisor for this “manager”. It’s not recommended to tell anyone to “calm down” regardless of the situation. Especially if the customer was calm in the first place. If there is a problem the manager on duty must be able to properly de-escalate a situation and not hang up on the customer. If someone spends money at your establishment then they expect the service/food to actually show up. If it doesn’t, the manager needs to be able to answer why and if not, figure out why. It’s so disappointing to see such a decline in the customer service at this dominos. I’m sure Dominos can afford to do some retraining.

My roommate ordered an order for delivery. Unfortunately it got delivered to the wrong house. These things happen, but the manager called immediately andade it right. Great customer service. Everyone makes mistakes. It's how you handle them that matters.

I visited this location around 2:50 on 10/7/2023. When I got home, I noticed there was barely any tomato sauce on my pizza. I rechecked my order using the app just to ensure that I did order tomato sauce. Indeed, I did order a pizza with tomato sauce. I called the store to see if I could get another pizza or at least some marinara and was inappropriately handled by a male worker that claimed to be a manager in a follow up convo. In fact, it was the same male worker that handed my pizza to me at the window. I politely introduced myself & stated that there was barely any tomato sauce on my pizza. I did this in a calm manner and was yelled at by the male and he stated “well I made your pizza and I put tomato sauce on it”. I explained that I was not trying to get a free pizza but just to see if I could get it remade or at least a cup of marinara to go with it. The male proceeded to begin yelling and hang up the phone in my face. I was shocked and I decided to call back and the male started screaming as soon as he answered the phone. I was very offended and wanted to call back just to see if we could find a middle ground. I reexplained that there was minimal tomato sauce on my pizza and he replied “you should have said that the first time”. This was said in a very sarcastic tone. He then proceeded to tell me to “enjoy my pizza” and hung up in my phone. During this convo, I also asked for his name & he refused to give it to me. He stated that was a violation of his rights. I also did not receive a receipt while picking up my pizza. I am sure this is the gentleman working the window and if I would have received a receipt, a manager or customer service would be able to identify him. I visit this location frequently and I usually get a receipt & coupons with my order. I also recorded the second call just for my records because I found it totally inappropriate for an employee to speak to a customer in this manner. Surely, Dominos provides customer service to their employees. This is very inappropriate and represents this franchise in a negative manner. I also have pictures of my pizza that I received for a reference. As a human, I understand that we all have bad days. However, it is not appropriate to bring those bad days to work. The pizza was terrible and it was a waste of money. I was unable to enjoy my pizza like this man told me to. Again, the end of the second call was also recorded because it was totally inappropriate. To have this man represent this store is a disgrace. I have had issues with Pizza Hut when doing large orders and they remake it and apoligize. I will definitely chose Pizza Hut or Papa Johns from now on. Again, this conversation was also recorded for my records.

My delivery order consists of two medium thin crust pizzas . One has Italian sausage and bacon , the other is ham and beef. 8 piece wings with bones flavor garlic parmesan. If I had know they were going to be wet , I would not have bothered ordering ranch for dipping. Dessert is the marble cookie brownie. I placed my order at 1:36 pm and it wasn't received until 3:46pm. Bless her heart Jamie the delivery driver apologized as shes the only driver today. I understand things happen and thankfully I wasn't starving and I didn't have to leave the house. The best item was the marbled cookie brownie .
