We were the only customers, which should've been a warning sign, and only two other customers showed up while we were there. Our waitress was very nice and did a fantastic job. The patio seating is very cozy and a nice option. Our food, well it was less than exceptional. I had seafood (salmon and shrimp) with dill rice and grilled veggies. The rice was not flavorful and under cooked, kind of crunchy. The veggies were bell peppers, although I did have one slice of zucchini, they were fine but I don't think of them as a stand alone vegetable. The salmon was two small nuggets, over cooked. The shrimp (2 or 3, can't remember exactly) was excellent, only thing on my plate I thoroughly enjoyed. Not somewhere I would recommend.
The service is super good, food especially the lamb leg is also very good! We are on road trip but I will try to come back if we live nearby

Ordered takeout on a weekday early dinner. Food was dry. Chicken was tasty tho and juicy but the dill rice was really dry. The lime helps but it wasnt enough (order an appetizer spread to add to this entree.The service wasn't good though. As you walk into the restaurant, you can hear kitchen staff yelling at one another about their personal life issues. No one at the hostess stand so I stood there for about 3minutes with no contact with anyone. Its ok, maybe short staffed at off hours. Eventually a waitress helped me. Food came out really reallt quickly though. The dill rice description says beans of some sort however, it was just rice & dill.Overall it tastes authentic in flavors.

There was 4 of us at our booth, you get more room at a booth, from being greeted at the entrance to being seated, ordered and All was great.. the service was awesome and the food was fabulous, every dish was a experience and dessert was out of this world. Highly recommend! This was our first time and will return ! Thank you for the great experience and fabulous food! The bar tender creates miracles!

Shreveport/Bossier has a lot of great restaurants. This one is going to be a favorite of ours. This was our first visit, it won't be our last.We started off with hummus and flat bread, a favorite of ours. My wife had a wonderful lamb shank which was seasoned nicely and cooked to perfection. Our waitress recommended the dill rice as the best selection for the lamb. She was right. Alone, the rice was good. Combined with the lamb broth, it made for an interesting, pleasant flavor.I ordered the braised Cornish hen with cherry rice. The combination of the tart cherry and lightly charred chicken was amazing. I was curious about the cranberry rice. I'll check it out next time we go back.We finished up with Persian pistachio ice cream. It was a toss up between that, baklava, and cheese cake, all very tempting. But I can get good baklava - check out the St. George Greek Orthodox Church Christmas bake sale! - and cheese cake in other places in town. A 150 year old Persian ice cream recipe made there in the restaurant?... not so much. We're glad we made the right choice!All in all, this was a great choice for us. The ambience was modern, quiet and comfortable. The food was unique for our area and well worth the visit. The waitress was attentive, but not intrusive. The price was reasonable.Like I said, Flames is going to be a favorite of ours.

Omg!!! I've read the reviews and each one said how wonderful the service was...... and they were not wrong. The owner checked on everyone multiple times. The food was exceptional. We ordered the lamb and a kabob plate and had plenty of food to spare!! And the Baklava!!! Must try!!!

We would give 10 stars!!! Absolute gem of a restaurant. Elegant place with a big bar, nice live music (gentleman on keyboard). Our server Angel was very helpful and nice. Their portions are so huge! We needed 3 boxes ? Very interesting dishes, absolutely terrific! Their cranberry rice is yum.
