This place will blow your socks off. The food is delicious. The servers are attentive and nice. I love the Tantamen and my Boyfriend bounces between the Garlic Tonkotsu and Yonkotsu Shoyi. This place made him like ramen. Give it a try if y'all can.

I usually never leave bad reviews but this was awful. We ordered the tonkotsu shoyu and chicken rich Ramen, the bowls we got looked worse than my quick at home Ramen made with packages of maruchan and dried seaweed. There were giant chunks of unseasonably boiled chicken, and a slice of "tonkotsu" deli meat ham in my Ramen. It was obvious to me they must've used liquid smoke to season it because it smelt awful and tasted weird. We ordered drinks and appetizers and had to tell them we never received them when we checked out. Ontop of that, pretty sure the Milk in my tea went sour ? honestly one of my worst restaurant experiences

Came here for the first time with my husband. We ordered the garlic tonkotsu and the spicy tonkotsu. It was very balanced in flavor, the noodles had a chewy consistency and the marinated egg (My favorite part of ramen) was so good! We were only passing through here but I would definitely come back if I can!
Nice clean place for hot ramen on a cold day. Spicy ramen was ?. Also got spicy beef ramen, beef was a bit tough.

I would’ve added the pic of the gyoza but we ate it to fast. The tuna lover roll is my favorite. One of the best rolls in Shreveport. It just gets better the more you eat it. Great ramen place as well. Highly recommend. Can’t go wrong with anything on the menu.
