We came in today after several days of severe winter weather. Susan was wonderful! We usually stay clear of IHOP due to past experiences at other facilities. Although they were busy and there were issues with the main city water supply, Susan provided excellent service. She made sure we had ample coffee and that we were enjoying our meals. Consistently delicious. Location is clean and always busy but run efficiently. My son and I like to go for late breakfast. The chocolate chip pancakes are fluffy and scrumptious. My son loves the Grand Slam with a little bit of everything. I enjoy the grits. This wasn’t our first time coming here and it has only gotten worse. We were promptly seated. There were ample staff standing around talking. We waited over 10-15 minutes and never had anyone come to our table so we walked out. As we left, hostess never said a thing. We told the people walking in, good luck getting service!!

The "t-bone" steak was so thin that any amount of heat applied to it would have made it medium well even though I desired it medium rare. I did tell the waitress medium rare, yet she put it in as medium well anyway. It felt and tasted like I was eating shoe leather. My son ordered the crepes and he said they were nasty as well and that's bad cause he'll eat almost anything. All in all it was not a good eating experience. Save yourself some time and find a Denny's or something else so you won't be disappointed like we were.

Whenever we are in Shreveport this is the place for breakfast.
My breakfast pancake combo and spouse's omelet were served with the quality I expect! The pancakes fluffy, eggs cooked as ordered and the spouses meat lovers omelet stuffed and the generous portion of hash browns crispy and well cooked. And, to top it off our server was very professional, attentive, and polite!Parking: There were three mobility impaired spaces and lots of other parking in the lot.

Only complaint is they don't open till 7:00 am. Food and service was great.
The Ihop was completely empty and I was waiting for over 10 minutes at the front just to get seated. After no one came we left. An employee looked us dead in the eyes and ignored us and walked away! Absolutely disappointed! I will not be coming back to this Ihop ever!
