The service is about non-existent as can be , I also tried calling in orders numerous times with no answer. The last time me and five other customers couldn't be seated because we didn't see anybody moving around to wait on use we left. He'll if a theft walked in and took the cash register they wouldn't miss it.

12 people walked out because they only had 2 workers and one lady was so rude just to let people stay by door and not speak to them. Wait a minute or nothing. Those employees need to be given lesson of customer service. If they don’t like their job find another one. Just Rude! Time 845 am

Me and my husband went in side and we notice the place was kinda empty they had a couple of ppl there.. one girl rolling up forks and the one waitress walking around... We was left standing there for 10min so we decided to sit are self... all of a sudden we hear out the kitchen if you sit your self you get no service.... So we left so we seen another couple coming in so we told them they would be waiting... All of a sudden we hear go to Walffa house... And the couple we was talking to was about to leave until we seen a worker run out and stop them from leaving then told them to come on... Know my question is why so quick with them but so slow with us....

Walked in there was no one at the front and the smell in the restaurant was horrible. My food was cold and burned! Floors were dirty, tables were sticky!! Will not visit here ever again!

The smell walking in was horrible! I almost threw up! There was no one at the front counter the carpet was disgusting with food and stains. Dead bugs on the floor and window. I just threw my Togo order away if it looked like this in the front i can only imagine the back!

Where do I even begin with this place. This IHOP is by far the nastiest place we have ever been to. The staff was arguing while the waitress was taking our orders, half of them are in regular clothes and pants hanging down. Absolutely discussed with this place.

Very sad! This used to be a very clean and very busy place. My husband and I went in to have dinner last night and pulling into the parking lot we noticed that we were the only ones there. We walked inside and my shoes stuck to the floor, the people in the back were laughing and cursing very loudly, and we were told there was no clean silverware. The carpet was so nasty that it didn't even look like carpet anymore and it looked like it had not been cleaned in years. We overheard someone in the back complaining about how nasty the side of the refrigerator and cooking areas were. Please do not eat here! It was just disgusting beyond belief.

My daughter and I went there today and waited over 10 mins just to be seated. I did not complain because I knew they were short staffed. The waitress there is absolutely horrible! As I watched a few more people enter the building they had the same experience. Then an elderly man sat at a table and the waitress yelled at him and said you sit yourself and you won’t eat. He looked around in disbelief and just left. Then she goes on to talk about how the Spanish person that worke

First time here and my initial thoughts are this spot is in need of some renovations. The inside of the restuarant gives off dingy and dirty vibes. The carpet was sticky as well. The food was blah. My friends ordered coffee that they said was not good and was cold. Our waitress was nice and attentive though, so she made them a fresh pot. I ordered the split decision. My French toast was not cooked all the way and still has soggy uncooked eggs all around it. Needless to say, I didn't eat it. I do not think I will be returning to this location anytime soon.

One senior waitress and one chef working did a good job for not having any other workers wanting to work. Felt sorry for the elderly waitress said she worked 80 hrs that week. Very pleasant too bad people don't want to work!
Went in for breakfast was greated by a rude and unpleasant waitress. Waited for ten minutes at table just to be told the cooks weren't in yet. Then she said I tried to tell you this but I wouldn't listen. The useless waitress didn't say anything to me she was to busy Rolling her eyes at me. I guess she just doesn't like to work. Well anyway I now know why this place is usually dead .

I arrive to this IHOP just to see few people eating here. We checked the place and it was pretty much empty. On side with few customers, there seems to be a slowdown with the services as well. The waiter took 20 minutes to attend one person at the cashier.Transitioning to our entrance, we seen dust and trash all over the carpet; On top of it, the carpet has small chunks of trash all over the place. I do not recommend coming here.

Severely short staffed but the staff did not let that stop them. Service out shined normal service even if it was a little slow. Hats off to the hard working staff...and the food was good too!!!!
