This location on Preston will be our "go-to" Johnny's in the future! Everyone was wonderful ! We were greeted apon entering and departing!! The restaurant was clean, and the sald bar looked great!!! The salad was green!! This is unlike the Johnny's on Barksdale where is always white/yellow!We arrived here after leaving the Johnny's on Barksdale---repeated horrible experience there! We will NOT be going back to that location!I HIGHLY recommend the Preston location!+Thank you!!!

The blonde girl is insane! I asked the guy at the front how long she has been working here, supposedly her name is (jessie) and she is a sub from a different restaurant. She is a complete waste of space in that kitchen. I’m not sure how she came into the manager position acting like this. She was yelling all of the workers, and not helping the situation at all. She knocked a pizza on the floor and blamed another worker. Her hands had pizza sauce on them while she was stretching the dough of another pizza. All of the other workers, However, seemed extremely nice. Somehow they all kept their cool while she was yelling at them. All of the customers in the restaurant were laughing under their breath about how bad of a manager she was. I feel bad for everyone who has to work with her. And PLEASE give the guy at the front with the long hair a raise. He was super nice and helpful throughout the entire 40 minute wait.

I was greeted by a very RUDE employee.. Service was not good...And after waiting as long as I did..The Pizza wasn't that good..The Johnny's off of Shreveport Barksdale and Preston...I want be going back
3 take and bakes, customer service was 1 star on arrival but 10 star in the short time we waited for our pizza, everyone is has a bad day but it was quickly recognized we were affected by it and 10 star service from that moment on! Thanks for making our visit a great one. Cant wait to come back!

I ordered online at 7 and for some reasons at 7:48 I'm sitting here waiting stillThe place isn't busy at all people are just talking and not doing their jobs and they're all clueless to the online orders that have been sent to themI've been told twice now that "we're getting on it now " they've had the whole past hour to get on it and get on other peoples foods but for whatever reason they aren'tI wouldn't recommend this place to anyone that's trying to get their food at a certain time. Go to little Caesars or something that doesn't waste your time
