It's sad when my husband say to pick where to go for lunch cause we are going to Home Depot and KFC is across the street I start thinking yes chicken potpie. Great for a cold dreary day. Well shouldn't have gone. Food was absolutely TERRIBLE!!! The 1st one I was given it was like caved in like it had no filling. It was dark and the crust even tastes burnt. A young lady came in dinning room and asked if everything was ok. I ask could she see if they had a lighter one it tasted burnt. Quick No didn't even go look didn't say can I get you something else nothing just walked away. So I take the top off well not as full as they were (like banquet potpie has more filling) and the bottom it black burnt food. Take to the counter the other young lady replaced it. It wasn't caved in but not much better. Husband gave me his biscuit it over cooked. He said they changed their tenders they are over cooked and look like the tenders they serve at schools. Flat pieces of mushed meat. Maybe food wouldn't be over cooked if the cook wasn't in the dining room watch TicToc where across the room over the music we can hear it. Terrible experience.

Ordered 12 pc chicken family meal,I get home in frierson had 7 pcs of chicken and no gravy, tried to call to make it right because I spent over 50 dollars but I can't get a hold of anyone ,I got robbed

The Manager had the worst attitude. He was the one working the drive-thru but was not polite, not friendly, and would talk over me while trying to give my order.He acted like we were bothering him. Our mere existence at the drive-thru may, very well, have been a bother to him. If that is the case, maybe customer service is not the job for him.He just seemed angry. I understand having a bad day, but he is still in the customer service industry. We have to fake being friendly when we are not feeling it - that's one of the things we get paid to do.

If I could give this store zero stars I would.no good customer service I ordered my food and the cashier told me to pull forward without giving me a total when I got to the window she gave me my food and a receipt and told me to have a good day like she was giving it to me for free I don’t have to steal that’s why I paid for it. she told me I was stealing how is that stealing when you didn’t do your job right.the chicken wasn't spicy at all she said she were looking out for the customer how is that that’s not looking out for a customer ? that don't make sense I tho you supposed to take the money first and give the customer there total be for giving them a receipt and food I won’t eat at this kfc anymore they don’t do there job right and try to blame the customer for there mess up and the funny part about it she didn’t give me the correct receipt so sounds like she is giving food away. SMH ?♀️
