Written review since LCP asked.1) They don't use the pickup box at this location.2) They have never delivered at the stated time for pickups. Last visit everyone was too busy playing around with one another while one (1) man did all the order fulfillments. What did I purchase? The new puffs/bites which myself and the team member learned was already boxed and sitting ready for pickup. Nonetheless, I was waiting behind everyone else and fulfillment was late.3) Some older Caucasian guy walked in through the backdoor and why did I think they'd start working. Nope, all but 2 people stopped to greet and play with him. One girl must be the self appointed jester as she has jokes and horseplay the entire 11minute wait as she bounced between people. I was floored that many people were present but 1 cooking and 1 on expo for fulfillment. Maybe they had a meeting ... Idk but what I do know when you want hot and ready it's not ready. When you want freshly made here comes the stuff that's been sitting.What can you do? It's cheap and should be easy.

Horrible attitude from staff, might have been the manager she was wearing a black Little Ceasar shirt. I asked for well done freshly cook wings. Ok when the wings were finished they were still half done skin was light skinned. I asked for refund due to horrible service from staff!

I love this one because they make your pizza when you order it, unless you come in at peak hours like lunch time where some pizzas are ready to go.Parking: Always plenty of parking
Stood in front to order for 15 mins till someone came up to take order and the only guy working was prepping trays one guy on phone sitting in corner the guy prepping after he noticed me had to open back door to tell them I was up front then the lady came in still on her phone till she got to counter to take my order then as I went out to wait for my food another girl came in the back door 4 employees and only 1 working

Place was dirty, they rarely take orders over the phone, and the staff was rude, very unprofessional, and looked like they just walked in off the corner. I will be reporting this location to corporate.
I tried to get a pizza delivered to me but something happened with the order getting picked up and getting to me I called that night to try and come pick up the food but the lady denied it and I called the next day to try and get a refund and they said I hate to wait 10 business days , they couldn’t give me a corporate number or franchise number I felt like I was treated unfair because it wasnt my fault that my pizza didn’t get to me but the store didn’t try to do anything to make matters better

I love little ceasars, but this store location is the worst. The most lazy work ethic I have ever witnessed. They have no hot n ready pizzas ready ever all the shelves for the hot n ready pizzas are always empty. It seems as if they're only taking online orders to work less. I myself and about 7 other people were waiting inside and the lady never spoke to us and acted as if it was a Walmart self checkout make your own pizza. The only people getting pizzas were the online orders. The employees here do not care about you or little ceasars they just want a paycheck for free it is plain as day. Absolutely terrible environment, I would say it even feels like a trap house. Hostile. This place needs to be audited for a week straight. Disgusted

Employees are lazy no motivation refuse to put the pizzas in the pizza portal I always order through the app because it's supposed to make life easier and faster but when you have lazy employees that don't put the pizzas in the pizza portal so you can use the code grab your food and go makes it difficult have to stand around and wait and explain to them I already placed the order and the order is already complete but they have no idea where it's at.
