Pizza was seriouly undercooked. I had to put pieces in the toaster oven to make them edible.

Absolutely no hand washing being done. Doesn't seem like they know what they are doing. I was supposed to pick up an online order and it be ready at 7:43pm and they didn't even put in my crazy bread till after everything else was done! When you place an order online you should cook the entire order fresh. No excuses.

Was given an old/overcooked pizza and bread sticks, then rushed out of the store so I couldn't see what the pizza looked like??♂️??♂️Will never return to little caesars again

This location on Bert Kouns near youree drive was an absolute disgrace today. I went in and ordered a standard deep deep dish pizza and I was told 8 mins 20 mins later the pizza had to go back into the oven. 30 mins later I still have no pizza or crazy bread stick. Now the person who checked me out Jamia left with another associate after taking my order to go shopping at walmart. Left this gentleman who was getting dough ready by himself. Now he put my pizza back in since the first round didnt cook it, second time i see him checking it multiple times knowing i have already wasted my 30 min lunch i take a look at it and I can tell that the middle is not cooked its still grey/clear tint dough color. So i ask for a refund, since the other two left this gentleman he had to call the general manager that had to come in probably on her day off, which took another 20 mins just to deal with this. another 10 mins goes by and I finally am told they have voided my transaction. Now that I wasted 30 mins of my lunch and another 30 waiting for everything else, I now have to work 30 mins longer in my already 12 hour day which pushes back everything else I had to do because of the fact they didn't have the dough in the right stage before taking my order. All would have been avoided if she would have told me what they were supposed to saying the dough is not ready. But she was in such a damn hurry to go to Walmart while on the clock I guarantee. I used to come here for a quick and decent price lunch. Not sure I will be going back ever again.
Horrible service, pizza is almost always inconsistent. Worst pizza place in the area. Avoid if you can. Domino's around the corner and Pizza Hut across the street.

When I finally got my pizza, it looked like it had been made by a one-armed drunk kindergartner with astigmatism. It also hadn't been cut, which happened to me at this location before. Tearing a pizza apart with your hands is not the new hotness.
