Food was overcooked. Made to feel uncomfortable asking for dish to be made again, then they brought out undercooked. Had to ask to be cooked a bit more. Food was drenched in sauce..not a pleasant experience.

Honestly the quality of food does not match the price. You know it's bad when 3 of the tables around you had issues with their food.My steak did come out sitting in a puddle of water/oil/grease. Honestly I don't know what it was but it looked so gross. I moved my steak and potatoe to another plate but couldn't eat much. I was just grossed out.The restaurant is not very clean and the female bathroom was beyond disgusting. There was poo or something on the walls in 1 of the stalls.I did give a 5 start for service for our waitress!Overall review:Waitress: 5 StarsEverything else: 0 StarsIt's not worth the costMy husband and I left under the agreement that we will not eat at this location again.

My experience at the bar fell short of my expectations. The bartender was slow to attend to us, and we had to remind her about certain drinks that never arrived. Further, we had to request additional bread, and our dishes arrived either lukewarm or cold. The lamb chops were unseasoned, the mashed potatoes were not hot, and the spinach was unevenly cooked. The only dish that arrived hot was the asparagus. Our waitress left without informing us of her departure or introducing us to her replacement, which added to our dissatisfaction. Despite the restaurant not being packed, those who ordered after us received their food ahead of us. This experience was not the first time we have had a negative experience at this establishment, and we were given a gift card during our previous visit due to poor service and food quality. I hope that my feedback will help to improve the overall experience for future customers.

Service was very bad.Took 10min.to be seated, then 40min. To receive are order. Severe did not come back to the table for anything, flaged her down for a drink 10min.Later asked again. Slammed things on table and never came back . Asked bar tender for the bill, no one in sight of the hole restaurant. Will NOT go back

My experience was terrible, first thing first. The waiter bought out the bread, which was still like dough in the middle of it. The waiter bought out more bread which was still slightly frozen in the middle. I was done with the bread, so me and my waited on our meal. So my wife ordered a Ribeye steak medium well, I had pork chops which was tough, my wife cut into her steak which was still bleeding…we finally told the waitress, just take the food, we’ll go elsewhere to eat.

We had a 45min wait and the restaurant half full so I’m guessing they are short handed. The food was mediocre at best. First my salad was awesome probably because I ordered the dressing on the side which means it had to be made fresh. We received our entrees before our appetizer. My husband’s steak was overcooked and lacked seasoning. I wish I took a picture of his sweet potato and the ridiculous amount of sugar mix put on top. The steak house mac and cheese were dry. My steak was cooked perfectly but lacked flavor. If you want steak, you’d do better to skip this one and head to Jack Binion.
We had a group of 14 and they refused to seat us together. The manager told us that he could only seat 8 on one side and 6 on the other side of the restaurant. There were only 6 guests in the entire restaurant at 11:00 am. The disrespect shown to us was quite disheartening. I don't encourage families to go to this restaurant EVER.

Ten minutes from Brookshire Arena, tried to eat before Blake Shelton and our food wasn’t ready in a timely manner, with the restaurant more than half empty. Very unsatisfied with my first experience. $85 and didn’t get to eat our steaks. Do better.

Even though we were taken care of, I called ahead of time (like at opening) and spoke with the manager Luke informed him of what I needed and was willing to wait I had a large party for my birthday dinner I was told upon arrival it would be 2hrs ?♀️ no problem only to find out not only did you knw my party was coming I was informed he sent waitresses home so the ones on hand basically would have trouble servicing a large party and our waitress was new. ?♀️she Actually did a good job ? and tosha made sure my party was seated in same area thanks again, but Luke informed me he didn't care if his grandma was dining he wasn't accommodating them and couldn't guarantee my party would be seated together but could've if he hadn't sent the extra help home early? (and we are very GOOD paying customers) now I would understand if he hadn't already spoken with me earlier and I arrived unannounced but I feel that was an intentional gesture and I really like Longhorn, that just really makes me rethink the businesses we support. It's all about the customers' experience at the end of the day.
Steak was really tough and was cooked wrong butninate it. Was busy and didn't want to stop the waitress. Next time definitely will say something!

This location appeared short wait staff but the staff working were pleasant and efficient. Our waitress was always smiling and the outlaw steak was ? the best we have ever had!!
Best Steaks in Shreveport/Bossier. There are other places that you might get a just as good or better but you're going to pay a lot more.
