Our party of five ate there last night after not going there since the last time we tried it. Again we were very disappointed with the food as it was cold. Granted, I guess we could have sent it back, but this day and time, we were reluctant to do that. The service was good, but the hamburgers, shrimp poboy, and shrimp plates were all served cold-my granddaughter didn't even attempt to eat hers after the first bite! It took a while to get the food so we assumed it was taking so long because they were cooking it. Unfortunately, that was not the case. I was so hoping this would become our go-to restaurant as it is close to where we live. We won't be making the mistake of going there again. There weren't that many people there so the reason for the food being cold can't be blamed on their being busy! I hope they get their act together before this place goes under like so many others in Shreveport!

It has always been an excellent, enjoyable, delicious experience here. Appetizers and entrees all excellent. And the desserts? O.M.G. They do not skimp on their entrees and it always fresh and freshly prepared.

Boudin egg rolls were absolutely delicious paired with the spicy ranch! Croutons were amazing and beautifully seasoned, added a great a great texture to the salad! My family’s server was Brooke I believe. They mentioned she was very bubbly, great energy, and just a great addition to the restaurant! Amazing atmosphere, was beautiful!! They definitely will be coming back and requesting her for their waitress!

So you think a burger is just a burger. Oh no....you are so wrong. I don't think I've had that kind of happiness over one burger. It was the way the burger was cooked? Regardless, the flavor of it was out of this world!! Best. Burger. Ever.
Love this place! We eat here all the time and have never been disappointed. The boudin egg rolls are delicious, the gumbo and red beans and rice really hit the spot and the red fish tacos are superb! All of the waitstaff are super friendly and the service is top notch. 10/10 would recommend!

My first experience dining here was incredible. Clean restaurant, hospitable staff, great food. I watched kids play basketball in a fenced area outside. I also played trivia on Tuesday night. I will be back! In the same building there is also Whisk bakery. I plan on trying that next time.Wheelchair accessibility: Close parking for handicapped and ramp.

First time to come here and we weren't disappointed. The food was great. Ordered the red fish tacos and they were the best. Waitress took care of us all night and was very friendly. Highly recommend this place.

We waited 30 minutes AFTER ordering our food for them to come and tell us that the food we ordered, shrimp and catfish, was not available and to pick something else which would then take another 20-30 mins to prepare....this is unacceptable. I liked this place but I will never eat there again.

Last Sat we arrived at 6:45. We waited 18 minutes and no one came to our table so I asked my husband to go to the bar for our drinks, there was one person sitting at the bar. Ten minutes later he came back without the drinks , said the manager would bring them. Ten minutes later she arrived without our drinks. I asked where they were and she said, " I just wanted you to know we are out of just about everything, sorry." By now I was angry, it's after 7:30 so now I'm starving and I said, "You let us sit here all this time, no one even acknowledged our presence And you show up without our drinks." I didn't yell but I did raise my voice told my husband to grab his coat we were leaving. I got a few weak "I'm sorrys" and a "I did tell someone to come to your table." Lousy service, no drinks and no food. We went to the nearby Silver Star and had an outstanding experience. Go there first. Never going back to Looosiana Seafood Market.
