Have to give 1 star to do this review or would have given no stars. Ordered 2 Lg pizzas & cheesy bread. Delivery came & toppings missing on 1 pizza & overcooked & hardly any sauce or cheese on the other pizza. Contacted mgr (order taker: OMOMS) she admitted to making our order herself and was rude. She never offered a solution to fix her mistakes. Forcing us to request a remake on the pizzas to compensate for the mistakes. She finally agreed to remake re-deliver. Then we got a call from delivery driver saying the order will not be re-made unless we gave wrong pizzas back. We refused n offered to show them in person they were wrong. Mgr screaming n background to hangup n bring us the order. When driver showed up he demanded pizzas back or he wont give us the corrected order. We refused but offered to show them to him. He said no n that mgr said they were going to blacklist us from ever ordering again from their location like their mistakes were our fault. Finally he gave me the fixed pizzas. I called n spoke to the mgr again n she said she she was mad n told the driver to tell us we would be blacklisted. Aren't we the ones who should be mad?Your fb page does not allow messaging...

"Sorry about that" is what i was told. Ordered from Uber Eats, 15 BBQ wings, Philly cheese steak bowl and brownies. Food delivered at truck stop ( im in a semi truck) all 3 items were delivered, had to call to tell them i paid for 15 wings and they sent 10 wings. "Sorry about that , come up here or you can get store credit ". C'mon man, I can't fit my truck in your parking lot. That's why i Ordered delivery. I might not be in this town for another two years. Will store credit still be available? Thanks for the experience!!!

Ordered 2 pizzas online, they called us 20 minutes later to tell us that it would be delayed by an hour since their truck just came in. Continued to call after an hour with no response. Went there in person, their door was locked and then we were told that they had canceled the order without informing us. Highly disappointed.

Do not order pizza online for delivery from this place. They have charged us twice for delivery and accepted a tip, with absolute knowledge that they had no delivery available. I asked the manager on duty for a refund, which she did give for the second instance but not for the first. When you experience a situation like this you expect it to be a one time thing and can forgive, but a second time is definitely on them. I asked if the delivery status could be changed on the website and the manager said yes but she would have to call her boss. So taking peoples money knowing you can't deliver and then calling people to tell them they have to pick up their own order is more acceptable. This is totally unacceptable.

Employees in the store are rude and want to ask for a tip 3 times when im driving there and picking up my pizza. What would i be tipping you for? handing me the box? If you were delivering the pizza to my house then for a tip is deserved.

I ordered ahead of time , had my daughter pick the pizza up. My daughter paid with my card , put the numbers/card info in. she was told it was declined. she then paid with her debit card. During this process it came out of my account, so the pizza had been paid for twice. I showed the proof of this to the owner, who she said she had to get with the processor. my bank disputed it . I have had to get a new debit card due to this and change payment info for 4 accounts . Poor customer service! will not go back due to this amount of trouble over $41.00

Just tried Marco’s Pizza for the first time. The staff was cool, and our pizza came surprisingly fast, still hot when we got home. Toppings, like bacon, ham, sausage, and pepperoni, were tasty, but the dough was kinda bland. Thinking of giving them another shot to try a different flavor though!

To start, none of my calls were answered and we get to the location there were plenty of workers. The open/close sign isn’t even plugged in. Regardless, I walked in and placed an order and the worker who took my order had improper attire. There was also no greeting or much of anything said to us including estimated wait time and total price. Also the cashier touched my money and then proceeded (without washing her hands) to make pizza. If you can try to avoid this location, it’s a terrible experience every time, i’d rather have better customer service at the jimmie davis location even though it is further from my house!Parking: Never struggle to find a parking spot.

We got there and they didn’t even start our order, even though I had gotten an email that it was ready. Had to stand there for 30 minutes and watch them make it. They didn’t even tell me what had happened and they avoided talking to me the whole time. Terrible service.

Ordered my pizza the pepperoni magnifico well done and add onions at 7:48, said it would be ready at 7:56. I arrived at 8:05 and they tell me they messed up my pizza. Which was ok cause I wasn't in a rush. Ten minutes later I go in to get the remake and it's missing the old world pepperoni. So I go back in and instead of remaking it the staff argue for a few minutes about who made the pizza. Another customer said "just quit arguing and just remake his pizza". When I finally get my pizza it's not well done they didn't put any of the parm or rosmean crust toppings. It's was 8:40 when I finally left. Past couples times ive ordered they never make it correctly. This place used to be top notch but nows its just gone downhill and the employees act like they don't take that job seriously. I'll be taking my business to Jimmy Davis for now on.

We had pizza delivered wrong but when I called and spoke to the manager Simone she was immediately ready to resolve the issue. Super helpful and friendly...Thank you so much for your profesionalism, patience, and kindness.
