I remember when McDonalds restaurant was a fun place to take family and kids, I walked into one in Shreveport on Mansfield road and this place is horrible, the employees seemed very stressed out and screaming at each other, didn't want to take anyone's order, its just a sad place, no one is happy at all, noway would I ever bring my grandkids here, better days are gone.

No one likes to work at this location. Sat 15 minutes in drive thru. No one was there, no one was picking up orders. They were not taking drive thru orders. Went inside, told by another customer that they’ve been waiting for 30 minutes. This is absolutely ridiculous! Every single time I come to this location, it’s a bad experience. No one likes to work there

My grandpa went to this McDonald's and I wrote down what I wanted and what my grandma wanted. He went inside and and handed the piece of paper to the cashier it said hamburger plain meat and bread only and I get a cheeseburger. They are lazy rude and don't care at all what they hand out to their customers! I would not recommend this place one bit!!!!!

What happened tonight?Short handed? Incompetence? What?Drive thru which I was in for 15 minutes of non-movement had several cars just shut down.About 3 minutes later.. I shut down as the line wasn't moving.I get out of line (abt 10 cars) and decide to go inside. MISTAKE.Inside are 7 customers all just standing around... Waiting.I ask "Did they shut down". A few started quietly laughing and shaking their heads.I walked out. Clearly, there's issues. Wasn't going to pay for it.

This is the slowest mcdonalds I have been to. I ordered a sausage burrito online 12 minutes beforehand. They didn't have it made, said they didn't have the order. Then you try to tell them the name it's under and they get rude with you. Just to be like we found it!! I don't understand how I left an hour early in total, place my order 10 mins beforehand, to be late to work because I sat in line for 15 minutes.
