Horrible waste of company money every employee there is getting a free check at McDonald’s expense took almost 30 something minutes to try to place a order for to get placed on hold again I will never stop at this place I recommend stopping by a convenience store to grab a snack then this McDonald’s on north market

After all these years, this place is still a total wreck. According to the new manager, he said that this is the franchise so of course they’re not going to take the extra stuff in mouth to make sure the customer service is feeding our expectations franchise owners do the very minimum, they need to start by not hiring people without a high school diploma or GED because it’s nothing but a bunch of ghetto students and people in here who weren’t successful in life trying to work at McDonald’s have fixing food, being rude and disrespectful and quitting all the time that’s why this location has never been successful !

Says they open at 5am showed up at 5:01 today March 26th 2024 and waited in the drive thru till 5:10 with no answer tried to give them alittle extra time time cause you know its early but why post hours of being open if you arent going to be ready.

You are always told to pull ahead to wait 20 sometimes 30 mins! I will jot continue to come here go to wendys across the street never a wait and always polite. You advertise products you never have I don't get it! Never have pies milkshake not working I'm sure you loose alot of business considering they post how horrible this mc Donald's is on local sites complaining about wait times. If I wanted to wait this ling I would go to a restaurant and sit down! Literally nuggets and fries 2 meals why does it take so long!?!?!

This McDonald's shows up in the dictionary when you look up the word slow. I mean Grandma was slow but that woman was old. There can be no one in line in the store or in the drive thru and you'll still have to wait 10 minutes for your food. The frappe machine works I'm sure but nobody wants to use it so they say " It's down at the moment." You little, lying, slow moving, always on your cell phone talking, you know you lazy.
This is one of the slowest, not only McDonalds, but fast food restaurants I have ever visited. I ordered 2 McDoubles. I'm afraid to order any more than that because they are consistently so slow. When I arrived, their was no one else in the drive-through. By the time I got my burgers almost 30 minutes later, every car waiting spot to the side was full. I ordered ahead with the app. They are always extremely slow and ask you to pull into one of the spots to the side to wait for your food because they are going to take so long, no matter what time of day you visit. Major fail on the part of the ownership and managers.
