Discombobulated, Mismanaged, very unorganized, very unprofessional. Manger is very rude. Waited 30 minutes for 2 Sausage griddles in two large frappays. We will never be back to this place.

I can’t count how many nights this place is supposed to be open, has workers there, and says they are closed. The answer to every question is “we’re closed.” Terrible work ethic, don’t care about customers. If you catch this place while they claim they are open, I’d be worried about what was in my food. Somebody needs to clean house.

I'm a truck driver and can't hardly ever get food especially through the drive through. I lobby had just closed 2 minutes before I got there . The manager lady who was so nice to me seen me and asked if I could go through the drive through, after I explained I was in an 18 wheeler she asked what I wanted and took my order . The employees where all so nice and in good moods, the manager lady was telling them to get their stuff done and get off the clock in a stern but joking around kinda way, like a grandma would talk to you. I appreciate very much that she took my order as I didn't have anything open on my 5 hour route that I could fit in. Thank you to that lady, it showed me we have good people left in this world. ..this happened on April 2, 2024.

Way better than the one on Barksdale in Bossier. Food was fresh. Even had a little char on the burger...which I like. You can tell someone there cares enough to change out the grease. Was very fast too!

Staff greeted us when we walked in. Wife and I ordered two ice coffees with a biscuit and hash brown. Both coffees tasted like water. Worst coffee I’ve had from McDonald’s ever. Hashbrown was luke warm. Also the restaurant had a bad smell.

There was a piece of paper in my food and management didn't care. I not only have eaten fast food all of my life but I've also managed fast food restaurants but I was shocked by how indifferent this manager was. I will NEVER go to this McDonald's again.
