All I wanted was a soft serve ice cream, and I really really like the ones I get at McDonalds. The sad part is that a lot of the time, their machines are down , but not at this one for this day!!

Food is very hit or miss, you almost have to time it perfectly otherwise it’s cold. Staff is extremely friendly and I love to see a manager working with their staff to make sure the store runs well.

This is my favorite local McDonald’s! I’ve visited twice when I really wanted their specialty shakes (The grimace birthday shake and now the shamrock shake) and their ice cream machine was actually working!! I even went to get a shake after working really late and wasn’t there until midnight and the ice cream machine was still operational. To add to that, the staff is always nice and pleasant when I’m going through and I’ve never had an issue with getting exactly what I ordered!

I’ve came here so many times and this was the worst experience. They didn’t tell us the price of our food nor did they tell us what window to stop at. On multiple occasions I've waited 20-30 minutes for food. Both times, they didn't bring out the iced coffee I ordered, and when I asked for the drink they said the machine was down. Didn't offer me a refund or anything. Horrible service. Go anywhere

Had to write this review on this McDonald's as it seems that McDonald's service is getting worse. Went to this McDonald's to order a Double cheeseburger and two McChickens at night around 830pm. Waited 15-20 minutes for my food and when I got it the double cheeseburger only had one slice of cheese. I asked the crew member for another slice of cheese and it seemed that I was inconveniencing her when I asked her for it. Instead of giving her the cheeseburger back I just asked for the cheese as I did not trust what she would do with the cheeseburger. During this interaction there was no apology or consideration of the customer. The entire time I waited at this McDonald's there was no greeting or sense of customer service whether it was in the lobby or at the drive through. Definitely won't be going back to this McDonald's in the future. If I could give this place negative stars I would. And these are just facts.
