The lead person, an older heavy set lady was deep in the weeds and no one was helping her.....or anyone else. It took over 11 minutes to get from ordering to register. Whereupon we were told the scanner for Moe's Monday was not working. May have to find a different spot for Monday lunch.

Went in to grab a mobile order real quick, but I wanted more salsa. They have a nice selection of salsas, but I didn’t know which one came with the mobile orders. So last time I ordered I should of asked, but I didn’t and grabbed the wrong one. I didn’t find out until I got home. So this time I asked someone, Ms. Max asked what my preference was in regards to salsa; chunky or smooth. I appreciate her taking my preferences into account. I told her I’m not sure and I liked both. That I was just looking for the one that comes with the mobile orders. She told me the right one and I thanked her for her help and for being so attentive in her customer service. Moe’s is lucky to have Ms. Max for sure!

I hadn't been to a Moe's in years. There best locations, for me, were the Carolinas. Quality and service didn't fail. Visited this location with a T-Mobile promo and was happy to see my points and offers remained from 2018. Yall it's 2023!!!Well, I need that 25% discount because the manager over rang my order. Didn't provide a receipt and it didn't hit me until I was pulling off. I pulled over to look for said receipt because two (2) burritos, chips and queso at $5 doesn't equal as much as I paid after the discount. Anywhoo, I forgot so much of what made me like this place like the salsa bar and I can make nachos if I so desire. I'd recommend and warn everyone to watch your meal prep (issue back in the early 2010's) & your check due to the most recent incident.

I come here to get nachos most of the time food is basically hit or miss. I think they got new employees, some are rude and make it uncomfortable when ordering. Came in the other night to get a burrito …the two young girls working were arguing over who was gonna make my burrito, they went back and forth about it. One of them started making my burrito, I got to the end and asked what a sauce was she looked at me and shrugged her shoulders and didn’t say word and rolled her eyes at me waiting for me to decide what sauce, the gentleman working the register, who was actually nice told me what it was, he was the only one that was kind. Not sure if I wanna come back this is the second time this has happened when I walked in and ordered rather than order and pick up, I came in this time since the last few times my food was wrong.
I've always liked Moe's but there's an older lady working there who really needs some customer service training. Thank God the manager is

Chipotle style restaurant and I would prefer to go here rather than the one in town. Customer service could use an improvement but I was greeted at the door so that was nice. Food was good, place qas clean but a bit outdated. You get chips with your meal so that's cool and I like how they have a separate sauce stand that you can add to your food.

Not sure what has happened within the past two weeks. Attitudes are terrible now. Pinky is very unfriendly. Did not speak and treated all customers like this. I was not offered salsa, chips and queso, or a drink. There were no vegetables ready. When I asked, I was told “we do not have any”. Also witnessed staff members cursing and laughing at each other. Manager felt bad and did give me a free drink. Probably will just go across the street to chipotle. These young ladies need to be taught professionalism and there needs to be some standard. Please review cameras on 6/27 at 7 pm.Update 6/28: owner did email me and apologize.
