I always have a wonderful experience here. Every time I come in I am always greeted with a smile. The workers are always happy to see you which makes the experience so much better. I wish more places were this way. Also the cakes are so GOOD!!!!!

Man!!!! These cakes are good!!!! I had one at a birthday dinner right before Christmas; let's just say my family and I have been there about three times in less than three weeks. They are so moist and full of flavor.

I should have looked at the reviews.I live out of town. I tried to have a cake ordered for Mothers day. I called and specifically asked if I could order it the Thursday before and was told yes. I called on Thursday and was rudely told they were not accepting any more delivery orders.I decided to order two cakes for relatves for Christmas. The hold time on the phone was 20 minites. The employee was rude. The cakes were delivered and one was alright. The one that went to my mother was wrong. The drizzle was not the one I chose and the card said Merry Christmas from Faith. Which is not my name. So Faith if you are reading this I got your order. So yours is wrong too. The cakes are awesome but they are a recipe for a chain of stores.The customer service sucks and I will not make the same mistake with this location ever again.

The cakes themselves taste ok but the service has been horrible at the Shreveport store. I tried to give this business a second chance. Unfortunately they did not disappoint. Really need to fire the employees or provide some retraining on how to treat customers. Do not recommend this store, take your hard earned money to Butter Cups or BakeryLore’ on Airline Drive.

Went to store on youree drive about 4:00pm 9/19/23. A guy took my order. He was so pleasant and offered me the new seasonal cake. I was sure I didn’t want it!! He encouraged me to taste a sample and it was sooo good!!! I ordered that cake!!! Thank you for being so kind!!!

Firstly, I love the customer service there. Every worker seems so preppy and happy to be there! Not to mention, they are very nice people.Secondly, the bundt cakes are fresh and they taste amazing! They are moist, warm and ready to go when you take them. The cream cheese frosting is delightful too! It is not too sweet and heavy. It melts right into your mouth when you buy into it. They taste 10 times better when you leave them in the refrigerator overnight :)

Upon trying to order a vanilla icing cake an employee told me that “I already had a fat cake” and that he’d like to put his “vanilla icing” all over it. I was gonna leave 5 stars bc the employee wasn’t the worst looking guy in the world, named tucker. However a short dude named Thomas tried to also make jokes but he was ugly, he was drooling and smelt like a wet dog. He kinda looked like the health inspector from Bobs Burgers, but he did do an excellent job taking my order. The customer service was amazing, but the cake sucked. If u want a hot date come here, if u want a good cake then stick to Walmart. Like seriously the cake tasted like frosted dry wall, DONT EAT HERE!!
