Restaurant was freezing cold. Waiter started off a little rough, he immediately called over a manager when I mentioned I had a gluten allergy, and the manager seemed to know nothing, asking about if I could have oil and herbs and such. I had already looked at their menu online to determine what was gluten free and what was safe, manager did not seem to know what was gluten free and what wasn’t, or even what gluten was. Waiter got better, he even brought me prepackaged salad dressing since he said the salad dressing and croutons were right next to each other in the kitchen. Food was good but the salmon and broccoli were swimming in oil. Overall okay experience, wasn’t great but wasn’t terrible.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options labeled on menu, decent amount of options.Dietary restrictions: Had vegetarian and limited gluten free options.Kid-friendliness: Brought us a sling for baby’s car seat.

After 4-5 years of not going to Olive Garden we were surprised how good the restaurant and food has become. Our waiter was superb, and made some other restaurants look lacking. I wish my construction crew operated with such efficiency.We will do it again!!!

Olive Garden cares about the customers experience at all times.(FRANKIE)Is a Jewel.Stop by and tell them that Carmen recommended them. As a matter of fact head on over there and give them a try I have been going for years and it's still my favorite place to eat.Kid-friendliness: My experience when it comes to the kid's, they love it just as much as the adults.

Staff is friendly, I’ve never had to wait to be seated. The food is great and it comes out super fast! Sometimes the breadsticks are are and the front near the bathrooms usually smells a little rough, but nothing to write home about.

This review mostly concerns the issue with the food, but some mention of the service will be relevant. Tuesday evening, my dinner companion and I ordered an appetizer. We expected it to come before the soup, but it came after the soup, oh well.We both ordered Chicken and Shrimp carbonara, but I have a strong allergic reaction to shrimp. I asked for the carbonara without the shrimp, Jim st the chicken. When the server presented the entree to my companion, the server said she was having the kitchen remake mine. They made it with the shrimp though I stressed my allergy to shrimp. What got me was the kitchen told the server they could just take off the shrimp and bring the food to my table. That would have made me immediately ill and an ambulance might have had to be called. I decided not to have the entree after all(and their were only two small pieces atop the pasta, though the shrimp was plentiful, but I would not have been happy with just about an ounce of chixken. I asked the server to cancel the order. She asked me if I was sure no less than six times when I declined an exchange. My dinner partner had already decided to just take her food to go rather than eat across from me or wait for the kitchen to make something else. I had become irritated, though I remained polite, as I had to stress to the server to stop asking me to order something else. Then the manager came over. He was polite. He offered more food, or a desert(which I respectfully declined) we did ask for a refill of the unsweetened iced tea. This refill came with no ice in the glass and so weak that it might have been water. If the kitchen had messed up that badly, I would have made sure the drinks were okay. This restaurant, which used to be very good, has been in a somewhat sad state for several years. I have tried several times to enjoy my experience, but inevitably something goes wrong. It isn't just ordering the carbonara without the chicken that is the problem. It is an all around problem that happens just about every other time we go to this location. This time, is was just a delayed order and watered down tea. Other times, we've had entrees come out before appetizers, once even before the soup salad and bread. There have been times when one person would get their entree 20 minutes before the other diners at the table. There have been times that our table had received food meant for another table and the other table had been served our food. Honestly, this restaurant has been discombobulated I this way for the better part of ten years. We didn't make a fuss at the table because we are not the sort of people who create a public seen.
