Food is always great service isn’t the best one time we came in they waited til we had our meals ready to eat and said o we don’t have any silverware their truck coming tomorrow lucky they were able to find some next thing we showed up at 8:45 after driving across town and asked hey are you going to fix some more noodles the manager said we won’t make any for a hour because we sent our cook on hour break so we asked you don’t have anyone to cook manager said I don’t even know how to cook it

The food here is much better than the Panda Express near our home and it is always fresh with a good variety on the serving line. They are usually busy at this location, but this afternoon/evening they were swamped. Yet, the staff were all very polite and professional while efficiently providing outstanding service. Thanks!

Everything was horrible ? so disappointed this time. I got the beef & broccoli, which normally comes with a bunch of juice & lots of flavor, but today, it was dry and flavorless. Also got the black pepper angus steak, which i had never tried before but decided to today because the picture looked nice and had mushrooms… there were no mushrooms, and same as the beef and broccoli, it was all very dry & tasted pretty bad. Lastly, the rice.. which is usually my favorite part, tasted terrible and had a strange smell to it. Seemed overcooked & barely seasoned. Thank god i ordered spring rolls, or else i’d still be hungry ? i used to love this panda express, but they have seriously gone downhill.

Decided on Panda Express....I never check my food. Ordered double entree. Beef and broccoli was one. Where's the beef???....asked the young lady at the window, where's the meat? She inquires and someone yells only 5 pieces of beef to an order. I promise the little scraps of meat were not pieces. She takes the plate. Returns it. The young lady at the window whom was very nice...relayed the message tht she said she fixed it this time but she can't anymore. I didn't recheck it because at this point I made up my mind "Panda Express" won't receive any of my business!!! When I did check it was probably only the original 5 pieces of beef and 10 which I counted stalks of broccoli. People act as if it comes out of their check...and if the sides were reversed they would be upset paying for nothing . We drove from the Bossier location because Bossier didn't have brown or white rice! Really! Done with Panda Express. Customer service is everything. They decided they DON'T need my business.

I really like the food, but certain locations are lacking in quality. The noodles I ate last time I was there made me want to vomit, and the shrimps used to be golden bowl and crisp, now they are ash white and soggy., sorry but I'm very disappointed ☹️
