Just stopped at the one in Shreveport, wanting to get a turkey sandwich on baguette with lettuce only and mayo. That would be a no I have that I have to order one of the sandwiches that they’ve created. I couldn’t even find a turkey sandwich with baguette where I could eliminate the things I didn’t want, I was told I could go to McAllister’s that they do them. Hence here I am at McAllister’s. This is crazy. I’ve been going to Panera for a long time in Fort Myers Florida. Never had a problem getting a turkey sandwich on baguette.

Disappointing food and service. Food fixed incorrectly despite asking for clarity. Unable to give ingredients in items. Given a meal despite not ordering one. Bread thrown into the bottom of a bag along w spoon that was not wrapped. Gross.

Had to ask them politely to remake my order twice and still there was barely any food on my dish. Incompetent employees. Vacuumed for 1-1.5 hours next to our table while we were there.

First red flag should've been when the app didn't allow up to order a menu item due to it being out of stock. How can a baguette aka bread be out of stock when it's in your company name?!? When we ordered in store the employee did not know what a 'Panera Duet' was even though it's plastered on the window ads of the store. She charged us for each item individually . When we got the receipt we were also charged for a soda that was not ordered.... The $13 teriyaki bowl was half full with no flavor and the Greek salad had no olives. The bowl tasted worst than a Healthy Choice frozen dinner. A complete waste of $25 and the dining area needed some desperate housekeeping.
Their flatbread pizza and cinnamon rolls are my two favorite items. Very delicious. I can’t wait to explore other menu options.

Me & my kids love it here! Great place to eat. Variety of food and many great healthier choices to choose from. Employees here are very welcoming and make sure you are accommodated greatly. Favorites from here I would recommend are the bacon, scrambled egg & cheese on brioche, SW Caesar salad w/chicken, & the chipotle chicken avocado melt, just to name a few great options.

They've gotten my order wrong, basically yelling because the speaker sucks, they can't hear my questions so I can't even ask what is in a certain sandwich. Drive thru is also slow. I think I've waited like 20 min to get my order with 2 cars before me.
