The best burger I've ever had! Super large and meaty! Has just the right amount of seasoning. Enough to eat twice or three times. Best fried pitches I've had as well. The staff is young and nice. The order takes forever to come out, so you have to be patient but it's worth it. A small mom and pop restaurant but it was clean and cute. Definitely one of my staple restaurants to have burgers!

Hamburger was HUGE and delicious! When I ordered, they asked if I wanted a whole or half. I got a whole one, but brought home half. Split an order of fries with my friend. They were delicious. Very crunchy on outside and perfectly soft on inside.Order and pick up at the counter. Very basic atmosphere, but staff kept tables clean and were very pleasant. I will be back!

Burger was good. I got the half burger which was the perfect size for me, loved the option of that. Slightly over cooked but still good. Very thick burger. Bun was delish! Staff was warm and friendly and service was FAST! We sat inside and ate our burgers. Nice tucked away neighborhood gem!

First off, I'd like to mention that the 4 stars aren't indicative of the service you'll receive. The service was great. The seating area was clean as well. However, the 4 stars are rated for the burger I had itself. Perhaps it's my preference, but I don't typically prefer such a bready burger. While the bread was of great quality, the ratio of bun to meat was not something I would enjoy over other establishments. While on the subject of buns, mine was cold. I would have preferred a toasted bun that insulated the temperature of the ingredients within.Additionally, while the "Inferno Burger" is a catchy name and probably intimidating to spice averse clientele, I put it to the test. I feel like the burger could have been much spicier to earn the name, and I also felt like fresh jalapeños or serranos would have been a better addition than pickled jalapeños. It was just overly salty, vinegary, not super spicy, and not super pleasing. All things considered, and in summary, the ingredients were very fresh, but as a foody and somewhat of a hobbyist chef/pitmaster, this could have been a much more pleasant experience if there was a higher meat to bun ratio, if the bun was toasted, if the spices weren't so salt heavy, and if the peppers were fresh instead of pickled. I can certainly see why this is a popular establishment, and I wouldn't hesitate to return if someone convinced me to eat here, but this burger isn't my cup of tea.

I recently dined at this establishment renowned for its iconic status and delectable cuisine. However, my experience was overshadowed by an unfortunate incident involving my son and his partner. It pains me to say that they were treated unfairly due to their sexual preference by an elderly woman. The food at papa & co is undoubtedly amazing, and its iconic status is well-deserved. Nevertheless, no culinary delight can justify discrimination or judgment based on personal choices. It's disheartening to witness such behavior in a place known for its hospitality.Interestingly, a fellow diner, a courageous woman in line before my son and his partner, noticed the injustice and openly confronted the homophobic behavior. While I appreciate her stand against discrimination, it's disconcerting that such incidents can occur in this day and age.As a customer, I firmly believe that everyone deserves respect and fair treatment, regardless of their sexual orientation. While the culinary delights at papa & company are tempting, I have chosen not to spend my dollars at a place where discrimination persists. In conclusion, my experience at papa & Co was marred by this unfortunate incident, and I hope that the establishment takes proactive measures to address such behavior in the future. No one should be judged or mistreated, no matter how excellent the food may be.Kudos to the sweet young lady who was apologetic for her grandmother’s behavior.

Called in a to go order for 4 meals. Requested and paid for extra gravy and bread for the 2 hamburger steak lunches. As they've left off items several times recently, I asked about it while waiting for the food. I was assured it was there. It was not. But, it turns out I didn't need it anyway because the hamburger steaks were raw in the middle. Not thrilled with spending $40 for trash. Hope they are happy with taking money and not providing what was paid for. In my opinion, that is basically stealing.

The large size of their burgers has to be seen in person. Everyone enjoyed what they ordered and the sweet tea is good.Quiet, even when busy, so conversation at your table wasn't a problem. I've eaten at other places that you either talked over the "muzac" or didn't talk.
