Love the food here been coming for a while, however me and my wife’s last visit was unpleasant. The young man who served us wasn’t friendly very rude so we left. We both work in the food and bar industry.

Things have changed. First, they gave me 1pkg of hoison sauce and 1 PKG of Sriracha for 2 orders. I asked for another packet of each and was told there's an extra charge. I thanked her for the information and passed saying no thanks. Y'all know there are open bowls of such with unlimited access at the tables? Second, the plastic bags and plastic containers just don't work anymore. The broth is too hot that it'll burn you through the container while carrying it in the bag. Just get styrofoam or some drink holders. Something. Today's order & service WASN'T the stands I've come to know and appreciate from this location. P.S. I had to ask the young lady "isn't that my order?" As she stood around just looking befuddled. It was strange.
It was my first visit. The food was spicy ? just like I like it. The service was great as well. The waitress Ms Haley was awesome as well. Great place to eat at in Shreveport.

Best Pho around! Boba tea is delicious too! They also sell their pho broth separately and it's all I want when I'm sick. It feels like a healthy option when most fast food places only offer fried food. Definitely give them a try!

Not very friendly nor helpful when ordering. when I changed my mind at time of order, gentleman would not let me make the adjustment. Very pricey compared to other similar restaurants. If I could have, I would have asked my credit card not be charged and not bother with preparing my food but figured if he could not make a simple change there was no way he would stop my order. Will not go back.

I'm so disappointed right now. My first time here and I was so exited to find a pho place and showed up at 545pm and the server said I can't dine in and that they take Togo orders. I didn't know they close at 6pm. There were customers still there but just very disappointed that I was not able to dine in.
