Two employees were there, one was talking to a friend at the table and seemed bothered by us being there. The other, a man, also seemed bothered and was not very helpful with the menu or meat selection. Zero stars for the customer service, zero stars for the banana pudding and three stars for the baked beans. The beans saved the entire meal, in a nut shell… don’t spend your money where it’s not appreciated.

Ordered take out at location. My order was incorrect and I was overcharged. When I got home the ribs were dry and overcooked. The pulled pork was under done and chopped in 1 to 2 inch cubes. Was tough to break down into usable portion for a sandwich ie couldn't shred it. Sent a survey to the website and no reply.Just an update. The customer service manager did contact me. He offered Apologies and told me to reorder at my usual store on Mansfield rd complementary.I did and the food was absolutely awesome and no questions asked . Mansfield rd podnuhs is 5 star no doubt.?

Went too late and the brisket was not great. Ribs and sides were good but I think it is better to go during the day. I prefer the Mansfield location but last time I went the cashier was rude. She definitely need to work in the back.

went to bossier store on Benton rd, flies were drowning in and stuck in the coleslaw, all around pans in the buffet line, severs didn't even care, just scooped out a fly and left it!
Podnuh's has been a " go to" bbq of mine for probably 30 years, but in recent years I've gotten the impression those running this particular restaurant on Youree really didn't care about serving their customers. This evening I drove by to order and pick up dinner formy wife and I. However the door was locked, despite the sign saying the lobby was supposedly open til 8:30 and drive through til 9. It was still before 7:30. So I got in my car to go through the drive-thru, but was advised they were closed, although I saw at least 2 employees inside. Very, very disappointing and aggravating. Still wanting BBQ I headed back north up Youree to Hickory Stick arriving before 8. They were open with a line at their drive through, but they quickly, efficiently, happily and enthusiastically filled my order. I admittedly paid more than I would've at Podnuh's, but I got what I wanted, and frankly, Hickory Stick is typically much better, and was great tonight. I doubt I'll trouble myself to try Podnuh's again anytime soon. If they don't want my business, they'll not be getting it. I don't recommend wasting your time going to Podnuh's these days. Too bad. They used to be good bbq for a good value.

I ordered a brisket potato. The meat was so dry and was not seasoned at all. However the potato was loaded with brisket. My husband thought the same thing about his potato as well. Maybe it was dry and unseasoned since it was after 6pm. I would not reccomend that menu item
