Ordered a bulk take out order worth of 200 dollar. There were no French fries but while ordering it was not shown about the unavailability of the French fries on their websites. When brought the food, we came to know that there were no French fries.

The food is okay some of it however your employees attitudes seriously need to change and so does their listening skills when you tell somebody you don't want something and they put it in there anyway that kind of defeats the purpose of you telling them that you didn't want it and the chicken was cold and the mac and cheese had lumps in it not quite sure how you get lumps in mac and cheese and it was yellowed and discolored did not eat it red beans what's a solid it literally said thump whenever I put it into the trash can jump think I would be going back to this Popeye's anytime soon

This is the 1st time I've visited a Popeyes, and here wasn't a wait. I quickly found out my Mac & cheese was cold. The chicken strips were hard as if they had been under the light for hours. The only thing fresh was the biscuit. I assumed all Popeyes prepared the food fresh to order. May it's because she reminded me it was shift change. Wow ?
This location makes Popeyes looks really bad, they give you very old chicken, very bad experience at this location I will continue going to Popeyes but never again this

Dont come to our local Popeye’s for 2 pc dark meat and expect a chicken leg not happening they dont have chicken legs. Once the meal was given to me and i noticed it was missing a chicken leg I informed the guy working the window and asked where my leg was. He said they were out of legs. I informed him I didnt want it. The manager came to the window asking what the problem was i explained to her she asked me did I request a chicken leg I said No I didn’t. She informed me i cant go by the picture. From childhood to now I have always requested a 2 pc and got a chicken leg. She wanted to argue with me instead of just giving me my money back.
