We ordered ghost pepper wings online and got to location and they was out of wings and told me I was lucky that they gonna replace with a chicken sandwich. The manager with dreads was rude and had bad customer service. I didn’t want a chicken sandwich I wanted ghost pepper wings. They are always out of things.

The service was terrible at its best. They left items off of my order. It has been a struggling restaurant for a while.I didn't see much as in customer service while I was waiting for my meal.Time to shut this place down.KFC will be getting all of my future business.

always out of everything. half the menu is sold out, automatically add in alternatives (instead of red Fanta they gave orange Fanta and only said it was because they were out when asked why).this happens every time, they never have shrimp week to week in almost a monthalso failed to include side item that was ordered
