Wow, I order pick up two orders , Quesadilla, one all the way and one additive on the side. The order was both all the way, the manager had an attitude once I explain the mistake. The next day I picked up the re make and it was a lot smaller because I was given the lunch meal but i paid for the dinner meal. I had no napkins, and the food was cold. Please avoid this place when it comes down to great service.

GARBAGE!!!! Absolutely horrible! I will never visit this location. Customer service is nonexistent these day’s and it shows. My family & I went for a birthday dinner. Our poor server was overwhelmed & we all knew it. No one would her help. She was trying her best & we all took note. She was so sweet & we had all the patience in the world for her. Now for her coworkers standing around talking about there night was absolutely wrong. We even interrupted one & ask for napkins & she pointed at a table. She started back up her conversation. This behavior should not be tolerated on the floor in front of guests. Our food was cold & we barely got refills. In the next pre shift meeting floor TEAM WORK needs to be a topic!
It took forever to get our food. the chips and hot sauce also took forever to get and were never refilled. I didn't eat much food because I was so cold and tired of shouting over the music. They also replaced the light bulbs with brighter ones, and I felt like I was being interrogated. Mainly, our waitress left after she brought our order to us. I mean she just walked out I guess. Because of this we got no refills, had to wait forever to get the check, took forever for someone to pick up our payment. It was a horrible experience Saturday night. I was cold and miserable, and the music was way too loud, service was non-existent, lights too bright. This used to be my favorite Mexican restaurant, I wonder what has happened to it?

Food was cold hard not good I had plastic in my rice didn’t have what I ask for . Price too high for low quality food. Not not be returning nor would I recommend anyone to come here.

I placed an order over the phone waited 35 mins , waited another 15 mins to be greeted by the bar with staff walking in and out of bar , I then proceeded to tell the person who happened to be one of the “managers” my order who said we didn’t put the order in I can see where someone wrote it down but didn’t send in the ticket , then she proceeded to making drinks , I stood there , and with no urgency 5 more minutes goes by and my order still wasn’t processed so told the “manager” not to worry about my order and took my business to el jimador down the street and was accommodated for , poor management has been a reoccurring theme at this establishment, the pasados in bossier is always on there a game but this place is far from that , the food is great but the customer service is lack luster to say the least . I will be speaking with GM February 19th hopefully she can help change my mind as of today I will never come here again .

I haven't came to the mansfield rd location in awhile because of the service but we went ahead and tried it again today because it is closer to us and didn't want to driver further this time to the other one. It definitely hasn't got any better. We come in and some waitress/ hostess I guess come from outside behind us seem to be not a very pleasant girl. She sat us down we started looking at are menus waiting for someone to atleast take are drink order but no one did yet about ten minutes later she brought a couple in a both right in front of us and took there order for drinks. Well i thought after the nice guy brought our chips and salsa someone would be coming. So we waited a little longer and after the other couple got there drinks and she took there order and we still didn't even get someone at our table to take our drink order and it wasn't even busy at all in there so i couldn't understand why this would happen to us. So We just left and went somewhere else to eat.

Let me say something here.... I am a Mexican Food Addict. I am a Salsa Addict. Posados Cafe has some of the freshest and tastiest Mexican Food around. Their salsa is a must have. Everyone reading this, run....don't walk....run here now and have a true Mexican Food experience.
