Today, we ordered sweet tea and passion fruit for drinks and the mega picadera for 4. The food was awesome, and the waitress was very attentive in making sure we had everything we needed. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone, and I look forward to going back sometime in the future!

Great food, truly fresh, exciting flavors, and extremely generous portions! The only reason did not give 5 stars for service was they were running short staffed, but did all they could. ***Recently went back and the ONLY waiter on the floor spoke no English! They had no draft beer and no "chef special". Food is still excellent, but they have to try harder!!!!

Honestly, the menu intimidated us when we first sat down, but we decided to stay anyway and figure it out. And we were so glad we stayed because the food was really amazing, muy rico... yum yum yum.We split an appetizer and a dish, and Sabores just knocked it out of the park. We already have plans to go back bringing friends.

Sabores is a wonderful, locally owned Dominican and Caribbean restaurant. Their food is SO good and authentic which is refreshing in Shreveport where it's hard to find authentic food from different cultures. The staff was friendly and quick. The restaurant was cozy and definitely made you want to come back! I've told literally everyone I know about this place because it's so good!

This is the best-tasting food in Shreveport/Bossier City.I ordered the ox tail and jerked chicken. Both dishes were well-seasoned and flavorful. Prices were good, and will be going again soon.

I do not recommend this place because it has terrible customer service and the food is not fresh, the waitresses give very bad service and are dressed inappropriately and the owner of the restaurant only bothers the customer and with harassing looks at each girl who goes to the restaurant
