Still in disbelief that this was sold, burnt food and all. I paid $16 for food that was deemed in the grease to heat it up. Check out the shrimp.

It was a fantastic place to eat when they first opened l. However, when new owners took over, the food was bland and started cutting their whole fish fillets in half telling customers it's 2 pieces instead of 1 and you got no extras at all whatsoever like you do with all the other Sam's eateries. I was just not impressed at all it's kind of a disappointment since this location is close to our house and that's the one we usually eat at because it's convenient. I would definitely be going out of my way to eat at another Sam's because they have great food. It's a shame that some people can ruin a great place over greed.

Me and the family are sitting down eating as I type. The quality of their food is complete trash. It was great a year or 2 ago. Chicken sandwich has 3 popcorn chicken sized pieces on it. The rest is onions and peppers. The fish is small and thin. Shrimp is either burnt or has some cheap batter. Fried pickles are mush. The fries are not bad, ain't good either. Zero taste. The beans and rice are as bland as your ex's sense of humor. Fries no longer come with any meal. If you want extra sauce, pay for it. For sure....but .50 for 2 drops of it in a container...no. this place was great, now it sucks pretty bad. Expensive food, no flavor, no quality, will not get what you pay for. Better off going to Mcdoogles.

I would give this place a negative review if possible. I had a truly appalling experience at this seafood restaurant with my dad. We were halfway through our meal when we noticed roaches crawling on the tables and walls. It was absolutely disgusting and ruined our appetite. When we brought it to the staff's attention, they seemed nonchalant and still expected us to pay for the meal! I can't believe the lack of hygiene and customer service here. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Fired Shrimp Po-Boy was soooo good! And so much that we didn’t have room to finish the fries. Save room for their cakes! Butter pecan! Staff was so friendly! We will be back!

Yes, new owner who is also the chef. No more extra pieces in dinners. No more drinks included. That would be fine if everything wasn't so terrible. The philly cheesesteak is the only thing that's decent. I spoke to a way-too-honest employee who said the owner doesnt care what the customer thinks. If they like the food, good. If they don't, then bye bye. The employees even get blamed when customers complain about HIS food. There is almost no seasoning, it's overcooked half the time, and there is no chance for a refund. This place does MAYBE half the business they used to and there is no way they will be around much longer without change. Simply put. Try a different sam's.

First I paid $45 and my order was incorrect and they redid the order and it had hairsz yes hairs in my poboy... I notified them and they wanted to cook more food but declined to give a refund. At that point I didn't want you cooking me anything else
