I called for a pick-up. The soup and the sushi were on the bar. HOWEVER, they did not make the steak and shrimp orders and no salads. Very disappointed in the service. The waitress (R ....) handling the orders was very nice and apologetic. They said they would have to cook the order. Well the purpose of calling in an order is NOT TO WAIT....The waiting area was a mad house. So the atmosphere was very loud. Not impressed with the kitchen management. p.s. Whataburger was faster,hotter and got the order correct.

Fantastic experience. Service was fantastic. And food was great. The only bad takeaway was the restrooms were really bad. I understand its a bathroom, but it was even bad for a restroom, but i would definitely go here again when I am in town.

Dont order delivery. Ordered $150 worth of food. You have to pay extra for sauces on hibachi meals. Then you get 1 soy sauce for your whole order. On top of that the food sucks and is not worth the time and money.

We went with a group of friends. Weve always loved Shoguns. Great atmosphere...kids loved the fish in the lobby. And the chef always puts on a great show! Played to the kids and was very accommodating to memers in our group who had certain dietary restrictions. He graciously made separate orders of everything just for them. Very polite and personable. Been going to shogun for years...and will continue going as long as theyre open!

I was somewhat disappointed my last visit. Waited about 5 to 10 minutes before being acknowledged at the door. Restaurant want 95% empty. What looked like the busboy sat us at the table. He had a slight problem with my request to not sit with my back to the door at a hibachi grill with 8 seats and 6 unoccupied. He also had a slight problem with my question of where to pay. Food was unsatisfactory. I've been here numerous times in what seems like over 20 years. This is the worst I've experienced. Don't think I will be going back.

AMAZING SERVICE Customer service on point Food was divine atmosphere was amazing and clean lovely walk in view and loved the koi pond and we had a very nice server talk to us while we waited for our food over all 10
