After visiting the Benton location, I wish I could give this location 10 stars. Very friendly and helpful. I live in bossier, but I don't mind the commute to get great customer service.

They don’t have a very big selection. I popped in to grab a couple dozen random cupcakes for my offices and felt like I was going to take everything. I feel a tow. Of this size should have a bigger selection. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

I found these amazing cupcakes at the BX on Barksdale AFB. They had a table set up near the food court. The lady was very nice and friendly. The cupcakes are very delicious, so moist but not greasy. The frosting is sweet but not overly. They are definitely worth the trip to Shreveport!

Incredible, but a bit pricey (as are most cupcakes). Certainly worth the cost, to me. Their social media should also be followed, since they sometimes have surprise sales or specials.The texture and flavor is great, and they have novelty products and flavors, occasionally limited-time, that really work well. I'm a big fan of the jarred cake leftovers, since it's a little more dense than their usual products and stores really well for my lifestyle (chaotic).The location is also awesome, and I usually don't mention this about places I review. But, its location is really convenient for an after-meal dessert or just as a snack on your way out of groceries.

IMO, the best new business in town. Cakes are so moist (I enjoy eating cake now). The pastry chef has different daily cupcakes. The weekly menu changes from month to month. The pretzel sticks are the "BOMB!"

I absolutely love this place. I am not exaggerating when I say they have the moistest cupcakes and cakes. The cake just melts in your mouth. They also occasionally have happy hour. The customer service is also amazing!! I really struggle with restraining myself from this bakery.

We popped in after having our nails done next door. The service was friendly. They were out of a fee types, but I was given information about them which made me interested to go back and try them. The ice cream is made in house! We purchased a scoop of the Biscoff cookie butter - YUM. My only thought was there should bee some crumble to place on too because of course the cookie mixed in is softened. But it was creamy with notes of vanilla and caramel.Will definitely go back to try the caramel crunch and lemon drop cakes, and some of the other ice creams!
