Exceptional Service at Smoothie King!I recently visited Smoothie King and had the pleasure of being assisted by a remarkable young lady by the name of Jamealia who went above and beyond to ensure I had a fantastic experience. From the moment I approached the counter, her warm smile and friendly demeanor instantly put me at ease.Not only was she incredibly patient, but she also demonstrated kindness and professionalism throughout my entire order process. Despite my indecisiveness and numerous questions about the menu, she remained patient and attentive, guiding me through the options with a genuine willingness to help.Her exceptional customer service skills were truly evident as she took the time to listen to my preferences and customize my order to perfection. Not once did I feel rushed or pressured to make a decision, thanks to her reassuring and patient approach.Furthermore, her professionalism was exemplary as she efficiently prepared my order with precision and care. Each ingredient was thoughtfully measured and blended to create a delicious and refreshing smoothie that exceeded my expectations.I cannot emphasize enough how much I appreciate the outstanding service provided by this young lady. Last night I watched ? a youtuber named Jasmine. I am subscribed to her two channels. She went to Smoothie King ? in Ohio where she lives . The smoothie bowl looked good so I ordered two through doordash for my mom and myself. I had for my mom the PB Swizzle and for myself the Acai cocoa haze. Phaedra my dasher arrived and handed me our bowls in a drink carrier with red tape to really seal the top of the bowl ?. I was planning to eat it all in one sitting but it was nice and cold. It tasted like a smoothie drink but we were spooning out the fresh fruit and toppings to our delight. We didn't want to see it go as we scrapped the sides and bottom of the bowl to get every drop.

I cannot say enough good things about the Smoothie King always quick, always friendly, always fresh produce. They work one of the fastest windows for a fast food type service.❤️❤️❤️

I don't know why they insist on making this smoothie without dates everytime. This is the only flavor smoothie I get for myself. The experience, management, ownership etc is terrible at this location. The smoothies always lack an ingredient or taste weak compered to the E 70th location. Unfortunately I didn't have time to treck across town to 70th so I went to Mansfield rd location. No dates again. Had to ask them to put the ingredients in it, that comes with it. Man this one sucks. Hardly every a good smoothie or experience. There's other issues, but this is long enough.

I love Smoothie King! Ever since I started going there a few months ago, I can't stay away! I even swayed all my co-workers to try it out and we all frequent the place daily! I get either the Vanilla Hulk or the Strawberry Kiwi Breeze. I recommend this place to anyone who once a tasty, refreshing, and quenching drink. The service is fantastic too, every time I go there I end up meeting the same girl at the drive thru and she is the sweetest. I love coming to a place that offers amazing beverages and a service that will leave you with a smile! 10/10 Recommend to everyone!!!
