They didn't put any candy in the brownie blast I ordered, then after I contacted them (which wasn't easy) they refused to fix the issue. All they offered was a new blast with a purchase of something else. SO I would've had to spend more money to get my blast corrected.This is not the first time they have messed up my order this was just the worse experience!

Did a mobile order only to still sit there for 15 minutes after checking in, only for them to tell me they were out of what I ordered, but "oh wait, we have some, I'll get it out to you" only to sit there longer. I finally asked for a refund and was offered a coupon for a drink!! I can get that for a $1.50 through the app. He was polite in apologizing but the service is lacking. Last week, the lady didn't put ice in my drink because she " was busy." Her words, not mine.

If zero was a thing i would rate it just that. First my order was wrong and the number on the receipt is apparently the owner who sounded half sleep when i called. Anyway, i tell her about the order she says oh I’ll tell him to fix it right away. I informed her i didn’t want to wait. She says no problem ask for “Lenny” 10 mins later i pull back up ask for “Lenny” and he’s clueless as to what’s going on. Not only did she lie i had to wait smh.

I went to Sonic to try their new Strawberry and ice cream float because I had been seeing it advertised on TV and was wanting to try it. Well it didn't disappoint. It was as good as it looked in TV, and I really Loved it alot. I would say that I'm not hooked on it, and will be going back to Sonic and will be getting it again.

I placed a mobile order for pick up at the 7310 Mansfield location. There was a one inch screw at the bottom of my route 44 sweet tea. I am contacting the Shreveport health department and news station. This location is notoriously bad at getting orders right, they cannot cook the food correctly and it’s just a dirty atmosphere, from hardware in your drinks to employees with bad hygiene.

OMG... Haven't been to Sonic in a while because the food always sucked.... Cold, not fresh, etc.... But today it was HOT and FRESH‼️The young adults who were on duty were pleasant and my order came out quickly. Great Job ..We'll be back ❤️
