...need new cooks and customer service...chicken is horrible, fries not done...it's either over cooked or under cook, way too salty...salty is not season.
Welp this is the "BEST" fried chicken we have ever had in any restaurant we have eaten from east of the Mississippi!!! That's why the drive through line is almost always lined up on the street. Their French fries almost never make to the house, we only live five minutes away! This chicken is so good, that the KFC, Churches Chicken down the street are shut down; and the Popeyes is limping too. Personally, I think they season it with "crack ", there is no other reason for us to crave this chicken on a weekly basis, it is that good!

I went through the drive through and order a three piece combo. As soon as I got it, without looking in the box, I got a leg and ate it on my way to my second destination. When I got to my second destination, I actually opened my box so I can dig in. That’s when I noticed gum on the left side of my box. I calmly went back there and requested for my food to be remade due to having gum in my box. The manager rudely declined, after I requested a full refund and she disrespectfully declined again. Her reasoning was because I ate a leg and because according to her I should’ve looked in my box first. Then she asked “ so you seen the gum and still decided to eat the food”. Okay, after that I asked for cooperate and the owner contact information, that’s when she decided to give me SOME of my money, because I ate ONE leg before noticing the gum! I contacted cooperate and the woman who answer stated the same exact thing. “ so you seen gum in your box and still proceeded to eat the food” ? Like wow, I apologize I did not think to check my box for GUM! How are you going to put blame on me when I’m not in the wrong? The manager at that location was extremely rude and did not B.L.A.S.T the situation at all! The cooperate was no help and was rude as well. 1801 N Market St, 71107 Shreveport LA was the location!
