Well you can’t even go in at this location, wait time is always long and then you get donuts that are not even hot. Please do not have hot donuts sign going if they are going to taste like they been up, I come when they are suppose to be hot are the cooks new ?

So I called to see if they were open before I went; because we got some sun light today and the ice have melted; (Wednesday) a woman answered the phone and said they are not open only taking orders for king cake. Very weird; why answer if y’all close; and this was at 6:50 P.M. it need another doughnut place here for

I grew up in Shreveport and whenever I go back home it's a must that I stop by Southern Maid for some fresh hot donuts. The service is fast and efficient as there is always a line. The donuts are great just not as hot as I had hoped.
